Convenient location, great breakfast, clean and charming

The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to all the major sights. Our room was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. While the bathroom could benefit from a minor refresh, it didn't detract from our overall positive experience. Highly recommend for a stay in Venice.

Property was close to everything. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. The shower was very small.

Great location, 3 min walk from the Vaporetto which is the main form of transportation around Venice. Next door to stores and restaurants, great place to stay!

The location is good. It is a short walk from the water taxi and San Marks square.

This property was charming and in a great location within walking distance to the Rialto Bridge (5 min). Great old world decor and adequate breakfast daily (if you choose, during booking). Elevator is tiny but again, charming and makes you feel like you are in old world Venice. We would definitely stay there again. It is in the slightly busier, slightly more expensive side of the bridge, but for most travelers being near the main attractions out-way a few more dollars. It is not in the main canal but just a few steps from smaller canals that are gorgeous and great little landmarks to help find your way back. Maid service daily and wonderfully discreet.

Was great location. Staff was awesome had a 4 AM check out so were going to miss breakfast they made us a TO GO the night before with great treats and water , Special place highly recommend . Veronica was wonderful arranged water taxi for us to airport was a pleasure to stay here. Best location close to all the places we wanted to go . Mostly quiet location some outside noise not avoidable but room was clean and comfy , if you are a plus sized person you may want to request a room with a tub if possible the shower was very petite and a larger person frame might not fit comfortably . I would stay if I was to return again.

Convenient Location. Super friendly staff. Breakfast is amazing!!!! We also had a room with a patio on top floor, which we really enjoyed.

Easy to walk to from Rialto vaporetto stop and no stairs to climb with luggage. Ideally located with 5 min walk to St. Mark's and 5 minute to Rialto. There is a restaurant with outdoor seating right under room windows so was noisy each night til about midnight.

In the heart of San Marcos the hotel was way more spacious than photos indicated. Although our room had no view the morning breakfast, room size and staff made this a relaxing stop between sights.
