Staff was excellent always smiling and welcoming
Everyone from the housekeeping to the front desk specifically Mr Mohamed El-Sayed he chose the best option for us even without asking

The pool was great. rooms are big and clean, but a bit outdated in style.
Food is very basic, the manu in the buffet was almost the same the 7 days we stayed there. This was a bit boring.

A beautiful well designed hotel catering for families which offers peace of mind for parents seeking some downtime while children play in and around the hotel grounds, pool, kids play area. Their hotel suites are spacious and comfortable for family access with balcony overlooking the main courtyard

Very nice resort good location in sharks bay private beach had good snorkelling. Half of the hotel under reservation meaning the second pool and spa were closed.

I had a few issues with the bill but the customer service I received from Mahmoud gamal on the front desk was excellent and he resolved everything with confidence and a friendly a courteous attitude.

Service no different from 2 or 3 stars. Only the cleaning staff are wonderful. The main reception staff are always grumpy and unfriendly.

The staff at this hotel are genuinely happy, friendly and extremely helpful. They all work very hard to make your holiday memorable.
It’s a clean and safe place to take your family, they have a team cleaning all the time.
The main restaurant is buffet style, but they will cater for all dietary requirements. We are vegan and the chef was happy to make us specific food each day.
The room was cleaned every day, towels etc refreshed by friendly and efficient people.
The pool was also cleaned daily and watched over by many lifeguards.
I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and I would love to stay again.

A good location to get away and relax. All inclusive experience food was average to above average. Service was best in the hotel restaurant whereas front desk staff at check-in/check out although good and courteous was overwhelmed by number of patrons. Overall a very good experience.

I was in pain when i arrived to the hotel, the staff wasn't helpful i had a doctor's appointment the bill was 600 dollars for 5 injections, i spoke with different managers about the service of the hotel, about the clinic, and managers doesn't care about any complain, if you want to feel secure and enjoy your vacation time this is the only Hilton i do not recommend in the world

We first entered the hotel at 1:30.. waited at the que to be checked in for roughly 15 minutes.. once served we was advised to fill in forms which I did.
I then went back to the reception to hand in the forms at roughly 2 o’clock she advised me to take a seat and my room will be ready within 15 minutes.
2 hours later after speaking to many staff we was finally given our room!!!
We entered our room to be quite shocked about the cleanliness. If I could take a picture you would be shocked.
The pillows were still wet. The room was really dusty.. chewing gum stuck on a wall.. the side of the beds were very very dusty and hair all over the side of beds.. the bath was dirty.

The people at the hotel were amazing. All things considered the stay was good. The room is not a clean as we would have liked, however, was clean enough. The food at breakfasts was standard for the area. The hotel was extremely noisy. Kids running around at 2 am screaming. People yelling throughout the night. Overall a meh experience.
