Maybe have the gift bag of waters cold and in the fridge. That would be a nice touch.

We almost always stay at this property when we visit Louisville. The only negative of our stay was that they took the body wash out of the shower when cleaning and didn't put a new one in. Otherwise....all good!

Had to make a few trips with luggage to the room after check-in due to only 2 hotel luggage carts, neither of which was available when I checked in. Check-in and Check-out were smooth and the restaurant staff were very accommodating when ordering for my son who has several food allergies. Everyone was friendly.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the room was okay. Could have been cleaner but mostly it needs new furnishings, definitely mattresses and pillows.
