I have stayed here a few times now and this occasion wasn’t great unfortunately. The smoke alarm went off at 2am, the staff seemed miserable and not very friendly and didn’t treat other guests in the hotel with empathy and respect!

Lovely hotel and really near the local underground station. Very welcoming and friendly staff. About 20 mins to get in to the city centre. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel , comfortable beds . Polite helpful staff.
Location a bit awkward. Tube station a bit of a walk and it took a while to get a cab to collect us .
We were surprised that no drinking water was provided in the room , there was a kettle though.

Excellent staff on reception, fast and efficient. Ideal location just outside the hustle of London but close to North Acton tube station.

The bed was a Queen which was anice surprise but the mattress was not comfortable, felt very thin and dipped in the middle which meant an awful nights sleep. The description was for 2 dou le beds but one was a fold out bed and definitely smaller then a double.

Property was a distance from train and tube stations but taxis were readily available and could be rebooked from the hotel

Excellent service, I was spontaneously upgraded which is always a win, but this room was very swish and ultra clean. Would definitely return.

- Hotel was average. First observation was the hardwood flooring. I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room. A rug would have been nice. Unfortunately the guide on the television did not provide a guide as to what was on the TV and just kept showing as blank.
+ Modern. Good quality toiletries. Good air con. Nice clean shower room and toilet. Conveniently located to the North Circular and amenities within walking distance. Friendly and welcoming staff

Room otherwise is fine for London and what the location is. Well connected with two underground’s with walking distance and buses. Breakfast is average

Nice hotel. You are a bit isolated though. The underground is within walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean.

Clean room, very accommodating staff. Restaurant food was very good for the price. Woken up several early morning hours by youngsters knocking on wrong door (ours) or running thru the halls. Quite a distance from tourists sites.
