The hotel is alright- I would not give it more than 4 stars compared to many 5 star places I stayed.even 4 is a stretch There is no buzz and there is no lounge or proper reception area. No space. The room had no furniture to sit on - just the bed. You need to be careful with classic room. It’s very small and you are in the roof or loft space with no proper windows. They are friendly and helpful- no issues except they charged my card 3 times apparently just in case - as they explained the policy to pay full amount at check in. Looks like check in staff was not aware or hesitant. So I suppose it’s not the policy I expect to see in a 5 star property. Hope all sorts out, but you simply shouldn’t expect to worry about these things in a classy place 😎 lastly, the only toilets in the basement were blocked and looked absolutely awful- again, wouldn’t expect this in 4 or 5 star places. Or any star really. Way to improve.

Excellent room & service with very close location to old town

This property appeared to be very new. We felt as if we were the first in our suite, which, by the way, had 2 toilet rooms, and was very spacious with a living area, foyer, and very large bathroom. The location was close to everything. “Budi,” one of the staff, was incredibly helpful multiple times with information about the hotel, restaurants, and sightseeing all over Prague. It’s a beautiful hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very spacios clean and well distrubuted. The staff was super friendly and the BBQ they hold in the patio area was delicious. Super recommended while visiting prague.

Great location a block away from Charles Bridge. We had a big room, very good mattress, and nice furniture. The breakfast is also good and offers some a la carte items. Our room was looking out on the main street in front of the hotel yet still very quiet. Great view of the river and castle. Staff was very friendly. Overall we had a great experience.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The first room we got was not what we were looking for and the hotel made every effort and gave us a fabulous room.

4x stars for: A La carte breakfest is very slow, you can order omlet but you will get it after 20-25 mins. Toilet in MUCHA SUITE, I had a feeling it is built in wall cabinet, very tiny. Mini-bar, hotel excluded any alcohol beverages, why?, in 5 stars hotel? Pillows, filling, uncomfortable.

Really beautiful historic hotel perfectly located in the Old Town near the Charles Bridge. There was an amazing amount of space and the rooms were well appointed. My only caveat is that there was no air conditioning, so it might be a better option in cooler months.

The hotel was very pretty with great location, close to the Charles Bridge. Our rooms were spacious but really hot! The AC doesn’t work, so it was suffocating to sleep here, Because of the complaint they provided us with a fan, believe it or not they offered us a Fan!! In summer , this hotel is an oven, maybe in winter it is better but in summer not! The hotel desperately needs a room updated , all the furniture and curtains are pretty antique with really bad smell and dust. Our 5 nights here were a nightmare in both of our rooms, because of the heat and the dust... we complained it about and they changed one of our rooms however the change was really a bad decision because the room was in the last floor and the heat was suffocating . Also they are no blackout windows, so be prepared with face mask because sunrise in Prague is pretty early in the morning. Despite all the flaws, we had a great time in Prague but I don’t recommend staying here. ⭐️
