Incredible stay for Taylor Swift! They decked out the hotel and all of the staff traded friendship bracelets with our kiddos, great location, and would definitely stay there again!

Upon arrival we were told the room we booked was not available. We were given another option saying it was an upgrade but it was not an upgrade because we didn’t want what they offered. They were not sympathetic to us. We were not offered any compensation for this hotel decision. It was very stressful!! My daughter saved and payed a lot of money for a little birthday celebration with friends and they had to be split into two rooms instead of one!!!

Stay was average. Hotel was in a good location. Staff were nice. Room was old and tired. Badly in need of updating. Bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Layout of the 2 bedroom suite was unusual

Bathroom amenities very sparse (no cotton balls, qtips, soap and no magnifying mirror). Kitchen was clean, but no paper towels. While these seem minor, it's sometimes in the details. Checking out. Was told I would receive a itemized bill emailed, never received. Overall it's still a nice hotel, good location and pleasant staff.

The check in was a mess. We were given a wrong room when we checked in. We had to get it switched but the charges were never corrected during the switch. We ended up paying the wrong amount (Higher than quoted by Hotels.com).

At check in 2 oversights . First, the keys were not correctly programmed so they all failed. Second, I find it’s nice to confirm the rate I’ll be paying. This was missed on both occasions I’ve checked in, tonight and on September 16.
By the way, both times I’ve checked in, the fellows who welcome you upon arrival were very friendly & helpful.(Alex this evening and Stuart earlier this week) . Well done and many thanks. Also, There was an attempt to sell me an upgraded room however other than there increased cost & higher floor, the check in fellow did not state the benefits of upgrading to the room.

Parking was easy and included in the stay.
I wasn’t particularly impressed with the condition of the room. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was quite dated, lots of minor damage. Fans were dirty and the fridge was dirty. I don’t think it was worth the premium price.

This hotel is in a great location. That said, it is confusing to get to the front of hotel if you're driving. The doormen were so helpful and friendly! The room itself was not clean, including the dishes, which is surprising for the price. Overall safe, quiet, friendly, comfortable beds and easy to get to our concert!

The reception staff were very hopeful that the room would be ready quickly and we would be phoned when it was. They said our room had been prioritised. So we went off for a walk. 1230 pm- no phone, no room. Room finally given at 330. Bags of rubbish were sitting in front of the room in the corridor! Considering that checkout was 12 noon, it is taking the room service an incredibly long time to do up the room.

This is a nice hotel. We are a family of 5 and stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. There are plenty of places to eat around including an onsite restaurant serving very nice food. There is also a very nice supermarket next door that sells most things if you need them. Great facilities and staff were really friendly and helpful. The only downside is the pool area is a little dated and could do with a facelift but it’s by no
means something that should stop you staying here.
