I paid for the room but walked out within minutes and went somewhere else. I know it was cheap but no one should have to stay in those conditions. Take it off your site Hotels. It’s disgusting!

The stay itself was fine However, when my partner and I went for showers there was NO HOT WATER. Another person staying there said it has been out all day! Was very disappointed as we came to Brisbane and spent the day at the Ekka to get back to our paid accommodation and not be able to even take a shower 👎

on arrival the man seemed to be not what you would expect as a inn manager he was poorly presented. We found out we had to share bathroom with the whole floor, and the bathrooms yuck to say the least. a picture says a thousand words. hair in the shower drains and just all around dirty. the ladies toilet door did not look safe as it appeared to have been broken into previously. I would not recommend ever staying at this place.

Was not clear when booking that there were no ensuite rooms (shared bathrooms each floor). Did not feel safe with lock on door to room. Ended up staying elsewhere. Would not recommend

Booked for 3 nights at this supposedly hotel. May have overlooked the ending time of check-in. However, the staff that checked my partner in was very rude. Scolded him for checking in late and how he had to endure coming down to check him in. We understand issues may occur as his flight was delayed. At least have the curtesy to be understanding instead of scolding him for being late to the cut off checkin time. Also, the room had stains on the edges of the room. Indeed a budgeted hotel. However, the pictures do not look the same.

It is a terrible place to stay. It is misleading and only showing that the property has shared facilities in more information section then somewhere upfront.

A bit sad overall. Filthy thin carpets. Kitchen uses old hot plates. One dollar cold soft drinks. No laundry? Odd clientele. Shabby ambiance. Decent location. Abrupt owner/manager. Dated feel and sorta run down. Weak shower pressure and toilet filled very slowly. Street noise and thin walls/floors. TV and fridge. Okay WiFi. No bargain after all.

Filthy, the staff member was barely dressed and I honestly felt scared as soon as I walked in.

Lining up for the shower & toilet is not good enough. And the skink in the room was disgusting filthy and clearly had not been cleaned in some time. AVOID

If I was a single lady I would feel unsafe

I booked this room as I had an early flight and had to return a car rental. Unfortunately, i missed the fact that it had shared toiletries, howevere it was important that it had free parking. On arrival, I couldn't find a parking spot, so I parked temporarily across the driveway. I was greeted by the manager, whom i asked where I can park.His response was short of hospitable saying that they had free parking if you can find it and the rooms had no toilet. I was disappointed with this fact and the unfriendly manner from the manager stating that it was in the description when you booked it. As it was a late booking that I made and missed the fine print. The manager stated, you get what you paid for. Well, to be honest, I've never been treated so rudely at any hotels where I've stayed prior. I would recommend you have a nice dinner out and sleep in your car at the service station for the $125 a room rate, by no means cheap, and won't have to listen to the brady bunch from Mount Druitt and a want to be idol winner singing next door topped with the freeway noise.

Got a different room to what was booked which was a little frustrating

Contracted scabies from stay there. 3 police banging down our door at 3am I don’t recommend at all.

I’d expect this level of property for $50/night, not nearly $100. Shared bathroom not made super clear in listing (fine print buried deep). I can handle that but not the fact that the pipe work stunk and it was just generally grungy. Place needs a coat of paint, new pillows/beds. Served a purpose but would never stay here again.

The manager was absolutely shocking i finish work late stared cooking dinner after other peoole finished cooking the manager crept up behind me having a go how kitchen shuts at 8 and i need to have respect for others it was only 8.10pm . Theres kids running through the corridors. My stay was supposed to be 7 nights and i left after 4 days because he had an argument with me when i went down asking for more coffee i asked for my money back and ill leave . He yelled your not getting your effing money back and slammed the door so luckily enough i was able to get relocated to a much nicer place

The best part of the stay was the manager on duty. He was friendly and remembered my name. Didn't like have to used a communal bathroom. However considering the situation I felt safe.

Booked a room and paid in full at 9 pm. Drove from Ipswich to Brisbane to catch an international flight in the morning. The manager turned me away. Said it was to late for me to check in and yelled at me because he left the lobby door unlocked and I was able to come in and ring the bell. Didn’t get a refund and had to book a room with a different hotel down the road. Worst management I’ve ever experienced.

Overall the hotel was average, however not having a bathroom in each room makes it below average and disappointing. Waking up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and need to leave your room should never be allowed.. especially people who go to the bathroom 3-4 times a night.

-Online you lied about the free wifi -doesn’t say the bathroom and toilet are separate to the bedroom. -shuttle buse were was mentioned online as part of the booking but it’s a lie. - it’s very far from the airport. - can’t access past 8pm.
