Mattresses are very stiff and the toilet was off kilt and was not completely secured to the floor. Room had a stale odor but the shower was very nice and an oddly place but nice bathroom sink area :) not the best surrounding area due to people smoking crack outside the back window(we were upper floor so it wasn’t eye level with us) not a terrible stay for the cost

Front desk was friendly and gave good recommendations to local restaurants.

Smelled like cigarette smoke at check in. They insisted it was the smell of new paint and bleach. There were also cigarette burns on the comforters. Will not stay here again.

This is a top choice when looking to book a staycation or you just need some time away. Friend and effective communication with all staff. This is one you can bet your money on.

Always a pleasure to stay here. The onsite staff go above and beyond to make this a solid pillar of the community. The cleaning crew is on point and very thorough with cleaning around personnel items leaving them undisturbed.

Felt clean enough. There was no chain or additional lock on the door so I did not feel safe, we ended up wedging a chair under the door handle.

There were some questionable people seen outside more than once that I felt the need to check on my vehicle in the middle of the night to ensure it was safe. Check in was easy.

Usually I'm happy with 2 star motels, and I would have been with Pacific Best Inn also, except that the manager barely speaks English and failed to tell us during our 3 day stay that the parking lot was being paved on our last day, and that we'd need to move our car. We had already entered the aquarium when he called. When confronted he tells me it was my fault for leaving my car in the parking lot, where I expect to be able to leave my car. I had to leave my family and I wasted parking garage fees to help him out, and wasn't offered any sort of apology or recompense. Additionally we received no housekeeping except for the first day, but no coffee refills (which was awful anyway), no clean towels, no beds made, no cleaning or vacuuming, very poor. I certainly didn't leave the housekeeper a tip, she did nothing to warrant it. I don't expect much for lower rent motels but some service and at least communication would be nice. Overall the rooms were fine, somewhat recently upgraded, no complaint there. But the service and attitude of the manager was not acceptable. I certainly won't be staying here again.
