Great location and room. People friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Noisy on street and no air conditioning. It was hot so had to keep windows open.

This is a very clean hotel run by kind and thoughtful people on all levels. Our room was small but very clean and quiet. One drawback is that the room lacked air cooling. All staff that we interacted with made us feel like we were family. They always went out of their way to accommodate us. This is a great location, easy walk to all attractions. It was nice they provided fans (FYI it doesn’t have ac btw, most in this region don’t) The breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend to friends and family, and would stay there again.

The staff were wonderful, the room was nice and comfortable, the location is excellent (with one exception, see below). The breakfast was lovely. Overall it was a good experience. The one negative is the 3 nearby bars (a Music Pub, Wine Bar, and Belgian Beer place) all in close proximity. We had a room facing the street -- every night of our stay, patrons of the bars were drunkenly yelling and singing in the street (which reverberated the sound) until after 2-3 am. So, it was impossible to sleep with windows open, and got warm with windows shut. Some nights, even with the windows shut you could hear the drunks. Then, at 5 am, the street cleaner would come down the street. So, sleep was hard to come by because of the neighbors, even though the hotel itself is lovely.

Walkable from the Mirabell Palace bus stop, and a short walk to the river. No AC, but they put a fan in our room and we opened the window at night and it was actually very pleasant.

Located on a quiet street but right around the corner is everything. Easy walk to the Gardens and Old Town. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your next stay in Salzburg!

A quaint sweet property that was clean and comfy. Buffet breakfast was traditional Austrian. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Only one complaint is lack of central a/c. But I would stay there again!

We were extremely pleased with this hotel. It was close to everything but at the same time, located on a lovely, quiet street. While the hotel does not have AC, we were able to sleep with our balcony door open (room 42) and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff are super friendly.
