This was an AMAZING hotel with a great staff. BUT they do NOT have 2 queen bed suite rooms that are handicap accessible and Hotels.com says they do. It was very sad to get to the hotel at 9pm and to only have the option of 1 king bed. Everything about the hotel was so nice, but this was a gigantic inconvenience and hotels.com did nothing but call for a refund. Hotels.com should have been responsible for my lack of beds.

For the same price, the Double Tree down the street was bigger and cleaner. The trim had a faint scent that made it seem like it could have been smoked in even thought the room sign on door said no smoking. Toilet had low pressure causing it to clog several times. Not a horrible experience but would choose the Courtyard or Double tree down the street.

The staff was very nice. I am used to a continental breakfast offered at Holiday Inn so was somewhat surprised that it was a full restaurant. They did allow for a reduce rate of $10 for any choice of any item on the menu. The only negative was our final night we had a very heavy walker in the room above us, and I don’t think they slept. I have already booked another night for our return trip.

the lady receptionist was great she was welcoming and professional
What bothered me in the bathroom the sink was dirty some residual stuff in it
But everything else is good
I stayed in different hotels in the last few weeks after I came in and had to wait because the manager did not have coverage ay 7 pm . But your nice front desk made me come back . you do better than other hotels

The property is fine, and I’ve stayed here about 5 years in a row. But there are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. This is inconvenient for me, and I will be going to another hotel next year, even though I like this place. And I like to eat dinner in the bar and restaurant . But a fridge and microwave are a must for frequent travelers.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent check-in at your hotel.
I arrived at the hotel and checked in at 11:00 am. I understood that my room would not be ready until after 3:00 pm, which was perfectly acceptable to me. However, when I returned later to finalize my check-in, I encountered significant difficulties with the front desk staff member on duty.
The receptionist repeatedly insisted that there was no reservation under my name and directed me to the hotel next door. Despite my attempts to clarify the situation by providing my name and spelling it out multiple times, as well as showing my identification for verification, she maintained that there was no record of my booking.
After a considerable amount of time and effort, she eventually located my reservation but then claimed that the deposit had not been paid. By this point, I was quite frustrated with the lack of assistance and professionalism displayed. I promptly provided my card to cover the deposit, for the second time, the overall experience left much to be desired.
I believe that this situation could have been handled more efficiently and courteously. The receptionist's unwillingness to assist and her dismissive attitude were not reflective of the standards I expect from your hotel.
I hope you can address these concerns with your staff to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues. Thank you

My trip was based on family and friends, and I enjoyed it. I thought that the parking lot was well lit and clean as the entire outside was. Hospitality was very good and the room was clean and welcoming.
Did not appreciate that there was not a breakfast for the price you pay unless you pay extra.

We didn’t receive our welcome packet. The television was not working properly. We were very tired and the noise level made it hard to sleep. The man who checked us in was super cool, however.

Stayed in a regular king room for the night. Room was pretty filthy. Stains on the curtain,wall by the toilet, sofa chair. Walked in and grabbed the lysol before sitting on the sofa chair. Woke up in the middle of the night to the smell of urine that was coming from both of my pillows...pretty gross. Staff did provide me with more pillows, but yeah...Room wasn't close to the level that other's reviews mentioned. Unhappy visitor.

The only issue we had was the super expensive breakfast that isn’t included in the cost of the room and the cashless snack options at the front desk. Very inconvenient and we had to pack everyone up and drive to a store for a few small items. Not worth the cost for the room at all.
