Shower head exploded while taking a shower. The smell in the hall ways was really bad. Service was terrible from the night staff who were not able to assist with anything.

Spacious, comfortable room. Location is very convenient for an easy walk to restaurants and Empire Theatre. Dined at the hotel's restaurant The Rock, great food and nice atmosphere.

Communication 2/10 (did not accommodate request for family to be on the same floor, did not remember that a late arriving family member already had a card issued waiting at reception, did not allow some family members onto the floor and insisted on someone picking them up at reception, even though it was possible to just call the day before)
Also to note: did not receive the free bottle of wine that was included in the hotels.com silver member booking.

Very good location and friendly staff. Parking with extra cost wasn’t that bad. Family friendly as well, my two little one was very happy while we stay. Highly recommend for little family travel.

Very good location and friendly staff. Parking with extra cost wasn’t that bad. Family friendly as well, my two little one was very happy while we stay. Highly recommend for little family travel.

Super efficient check in with the team member at the desk. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. I will stay here from now on when on business to Brisbane

The room wasnt worth the price. It had a large stain on the carpet in the middle of the lounge. The windows on the verandah were extremely dirty and had cobwebs.

We had a one bedroom apartment for 2 nights. It had a balcony and was very comfortable with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The hotel has a heated pool and spa with separate lap pool too. We enjoy an evening swim. The location is very good as it was a short walk to lots of different eateries and shops. Staff were nice.

Lovely and handy position, very comfortable bed. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the lovely girl who booked us in Sunday afternoon. Got the Gold member perks which were terrific!!
