I was put into a room with an adjacent door to the room next door. It was not soundproofed and my neighbour was drunk and very loud and indecent. I did not get more than 2 hours’ sleep. The hotel was much further from the terminal building than I expected and it took 25 min to arrive. The check in process was very slow and I had to wait in line for another 20 minutes, despite the fact that my room was pre booked and prepaid. The bathroom was moderately clean but the floor of the bedroom had dust and dirt on the floor. It was not clean. In the morning I struggled to find a place at a table in the restaurant area which was clean. People’s plates had not been cleared away from earlier, and it was not pleasant to have to eat surrounded by other peoples’s dirty plates. I will not stay there again.

We stayed here on our way back to the airport. The staff was very helpful and patient. The dinner and breakfast offerings were very good and our checkout was seamless.

Affordable hotel, convenient for a one night stay close to the GRU airport. Some aspects of the room were lacking a bit in terms of cleanliness (ie dust on the floor, behind the furniture). But overall, a good hotel and a reasonable price.

The room is small and air conditioner was right on top of me sleeping. I woke up with a terrible pain in my neck. I turned it up so it would not make a noise and blow cold air on me. Because there are no windows that open, one is forced to use air conditioners

The shuttle form/to the airport is every 50 min. The bus was dirty and the general condition was not good but the driver was very kind.
Hotel reception was crowded but personal did their best. Hotel needs mantainence, mainly the elevators. There is not safe box inside the rooms.

Front desk Employee at check in (female with black hair) was very rude to me and my family. Our flight was delayed and I didn't want my 80 year old mother and kids to wait in airport all day. We only rented the room until our flight was ready and were not sleeping there or staying overnight. This employee kept calling our room and saying we had to rent a second room. We were not making noise or causing problems. She said my mother (who uses a rollator mobility device) would have to wait in the lobby from 2pm when we checked in, until she left for her flight at 5pm because she was not on the reservation. She kept calling the room and threatening to put an extra charge on my bill when we were only waiting for our delayed flight. The male employee at the front desk that came in after her was extremely polite and helpful.

This is an adequate stay with friendly, welcoming staff and an adequate breakfast buffet. There were little ants in the bathroom and mold in the shower and sink. Also the air conditioner started to leak water as I was leaving.

The room is small and the windows couldn’t block the noise of the flight engines at all, and I could keep hearing engine noises from time to time. Those tidying up the rooms should be more careful and ensure that every corner of the room is cleaned.
The breakfast is ok, with a selection of hot and cold plates. There’s also a free shuttle to and from the airport but the service is available once an hour only, better to increase the frequency.
