This is a clean, safe, friendly, quiet, comfortable place to stay. I was greeted by the desk person everytime i came in or left. Highly recommend.

This hotel was small and not very fancy. I was looking for a hotel that was not too expensive, and this one fit the bill. Plain items on breakfast menu. Room had all that we needed. Bed was comfortable, towels were fluffy, carpet was clean. Elevator ran very well. Property is 3 stories tall.

The hotel room had a broken safety lock and the outlet on one side of the room didn’t work.

It wasn't the cleanest place, it was ok. The pool was more like a small kiddy pool. The breakfast was subpar, the bold coffee was weak, the waffles were not cooked. The fridge in the room was not cold.

very nice stay from the friendly front desk greeting to checkout. rooms were clean and nicely maintained. nothing fancy but more than serviceable for a good price. will definitely stay there again.

I liked everything about this property, except the staff that signed us in. He hates his job. Seemed annoyed, that I asked questions about my stay. Not welcoming at all.

We didn’t like the breakfast area it was to small

Hotel room was ok just run down furniture and extremely old toilet seat that was pealing. Staff was good, also no elevator on our trip not normally a big deal but with a lot of kids and up and down the stairs

It was fine for a work stay in the New Braunfels area. Convenient to I-35 but not right on the highway which was nice. Plenty of dining options within walking distance although the fence limits access to some local businesses. The breakfast bar had limited items and the coffee was served from an instant brew machine, and was more like regular instant coffee or hot chocolate. The breakfast options were the same everyday and limited in selection. The rooms are partially updated but suitable nonetheless. It’s fine for work or an overnight travel stay but not a place you want to go on a family vacation. The pool is small and unguarded which is probably common anymore due to lack of work ethic. All in all, I would recommend it for a few days and would probably stay there again, but I wish the coffee was better and there was more variety to breakfast. The elevator was out of service and I’m not sure if the upper floors are in use. The staff was always available at the desk and helpful with any key issues or added stay accommodation.

The hotel failed my expectations. The images posted online are a whole different picture. When i walked in the room and started seeing the beds , bed sheets , bathtub i was disgusted. The bed sheets and covers had stains. I felt like walking away. My husband and I traveled with my 2 kids and was late and we were exhausted from our trip to go look for another hotel. We are very disappointed. I asked the front desk gentlemen if he could give me clean bed sheets and he kindly gave us extra sheets to place on top of the disgusted ones the bed had. We got our own blankets from the car and didn't use the ones provided in the room. The beds moved as soon as you sit on. The beds are sooo cheap ! The tub was rusted and we took a shower with sandals on. The towels smelled disgusted. We had to use our own. The hotel was worth $50 . Very disappointed!!! Never again will we stay here!
