The staff were fabulous. When I arrived early I was able to use the pool and also the day I left. The food was great. Very centrally locally. All the other guests were also really friendly - I would highly recommend staying here and hope to stay again in the future!

I really like the restaurant, excellent meals, the customer service was amazing. The location sucked!! Too far from Ibiza airport and town, boring area, and the beach in San Antonio is very lame, would probably never stay here due to the location.

Really enjoyed my stay! Hotel manager Gian Luca, aka 'mother superior' and his team really runs the place with head AND heart and made me feel so comfortable and at home! Whenever I had a question or needed advice or tips where to go they were super helpful. After a few days everyone knew me by my name, which was lovely and they were even telling me to be careful when i rented a scooter (my mum was the same when she found out haha). The hotel is boutique, but big enough and right in the centre of San Antonio, contrary to the Axel Hotel which is in the outskirts. To get to the port and beach it's only about 5 min. It's super clean everywhere, the interior and exterior has been designed with an eye for detail and to make you feel relaxed and at ease. The rooms are generous and very nicely designed, all with air con and working wifi (though I always have problems with the wifi speed wherever I go, never fast enough for me when i am working). The cleaners are also very friendly and cleaned the room to perfection every day. And every day breakfast the guys made a big effort and made a delicious special breakfast as I don't eat meat or dairy (quite hard to find vegan options in Spain). My favourite area was the pool area which felt a bit like an oasis with its plants, different sections, sun loungers and bench areas, a great sound system and cool ambient lighting during the night. Best hotel ever! We were received with a sparkling drink with a strawberry. Really appreciated! Location is 8 minutes away from San Antoni bus station. You can get to the hotel from the airport in less than an hour with bus L9 (only during summer). You can go to Ibiza town with bus L3. If you are going to Ushuaïa or Hï or any other big club, take the bus L3B (only during summer). Location is really good. Highly recommend! Special thanks to Mother superior, Ruth an all the staff for the amazing experience! Also, you must try the food there, it's really good!

We had a really great time in the Purple Hotel. The hotel is very well located, rooms are spacious and clean. Food and wine served by the pool also worth recommendation. Everyone from the staff was extremely nice and helpful, creating the atmosphere as if we have been good friends forever. Thank you! Definitely will come back!

Awesome hotel, super friendly staff, very nice vibe for a solo gay traveler. The restaurant is delicious.

We had a great experience during our stay. The staff was friendly, and very helpful. Gean Carlos (the manager) went out of his way to accommodate every request, and to make us laugh with his great sense of humor. Easy parking in a private lot (adjacent) to the Hotel, a 5 minute walk to “Cafe del Mar” and the most magical Sunset in the world. Ibiza is definitely Magical!!! ⭐️✨✨

He staff is amazing. Everyone is very friendly but the hotel itself is very loud. You can hear everything in the hallway and during the day you can hear screaming children from a nearby schoolyard. I was also frustrated they didn’t give me late check out even though I told them the noise kept me up all night and woke me up early during the day.

Warm friendly staff that were willing to offer local information. Security and cleanliness was impeccable. Comfortable and convenient location with choice of mini mart close by or major supermarket for all your holiday requirements.
