Had to wait in the lobby at check in to be called when person at desk was ready. Someone was getting arrested when I was walking in. No shower curtain, chairs or garbage can in my room. Bed was missing bed skirt and box springs were filthy. Air conditioner didn’t work. Would not stay here again for any rate.

The hot tub, the only reason I chose this property was broken. I tried to cancel on day of my trip two days before the cancellation deadline and the hotel would not refund my money. Also, the breakfast was terrible.

No blankets for the all the beds and couch
Found underwear under bathroom sink.
Lots of rust in bathroom. And missing kitchenet all together only one trash can

Would not stay here again. Not what I would call super clean and my shower could not maintain temp. It would alternate from hot to cold for maybe 5 second each. I asked the front desk if there was issue with the building or just my room and they played dumb about it.

Genuinely one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. No hot water. Cockroach in shower. Noisy. Door key had to be reset every time we left the room. Breakfast was poor. I don’t take pleasure in saying this, but truly awful.

Woke up to clothes literally damp. When I went down for breakfast at 9:15, almost everything was out of stock already; no waffle mix or coffee left.

We chose this hotel because it was supposed to have rooms big enough to sleep 5 but when we asked for sheets for the fold out couch we were told they did not have any. If you’re going to a bucs game and want to be close to the stadium then this is a good option but I would pass otherwise.

Horrible. Do not recommend it to anyone. Smelled, old furniture, cracks and leaks in the ceiling. Water leak falling on the AC unit making it a fire hazard. No one seemed to be able to do anything. This was before, during and after the storm.

Very bad service. You asked for them to take the garbage out politely and a need for another sleeping pillow they never did what we asked for. Spoke to the manager about it upon checkout. I don’t think they care about foreigners. Don’t stay here. At night it’s full of locals that are hanging out at the lobby. From what I heard the area is surrounded by low level strip joints.

Room not ready until after 4:30pm, first room had soaked carpet from AC leak (and mildew every where, probably from extended moisture). second room smelled like cigarette smoke and was missing every light bulb but one (not kidding). Not enough terry in room for my party size (4). On a positive staff was welcoming and very nice at the desk.

Rooms were very moist, bedding, our clothing, carpet. Rooms need a dehumidifier. Had to ask to have room cleaned and towels replaced and when they did they did not empty the trash cans. Location is sketchy but convenient to most highways.
