Kasa UNion Station was a really nice building with clean and comfortable rooms. Great location! Easy access to restaurants, and LOTS of walking trails, the river park is directly across the street. We had our dog so it was really nice being that close to the park which had a dog section for them to run around. However the KAsa team gave us bad code to access the building and after waiting on hold for 45 minutes we finally got to talk with someone and we were able to get into the building. But when we got to our room that code did not work! We called back and had to wait another 35 minutes to get ahold of someone who tried to give us another code, did not work, tried to unlock it remotely and failed to do so. They finally moved us to another room which was a nice room. We were staying two nights. The next morning I received a text message saying that we were going to need to check out that morning. I called back and only had to wait 16 minutes this time and they had to change codes again but we were able to stay in the room. Kasa was extremely hard to get a hold of and not very accommodating for all the time I spent on hold sitting out in front of the building waiting to be let in and then again in the hallway. For that alone I do not think I would stay at another KASA location.

This is a perfectly located place to stay. As opposed to a hotel room you have a 2 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. A well stocked kitchen and a balcony. Roomy and comfortable. Also a washer and dryer. Pet friendly and lots of fun and nice neighbors. Highly recommend.

The place was lovely, but it was annoying not to have a human at the front desk. The location was also a little sketchy, which was compounded by the fact that there wasnt a person to talk to.

I love staying here because of the location and size of the rooms. This last stay I got an interior room that had zero cell phone reception so I was missing calls/texts unless I went by a window. Extremely frustrating.

First time staying at a Kasa property. Their communication about checkin, parking and checkout is excellent. The location to downtown Denver and all the sporting venues is excellent. The one bedroom unit was great and the pool area was a bonus. Will return to stay here again.

The apartment was amazing up scale !! Clean, new, all a family need !! Can’t ask for more!!

We loved staying here! The location is so nice, right next to a park, and is walkable to shops and food. We will definitely be back when staying in Denver!

Great location, walking from Union Station and Coors field, lots of dining options nearby. Nice park across the street, very friendly neighborhood. Room had everything you'd need, big kitchen, balcony, starbucks coffee on each floor!

Kasa is a great new option. The fourth floor of an upscale apartment building is the virtual hotel. Then rooms are full apartments with all the amenities.

Love full apartment. Location is fantastic. Take the train to and from Airport. Union station 10 minute walk. Coors Field 15 minute walk. Whole Foods and dining options 10 minutes.

Loved the space but not as quiet as I’d hoped. Basic “noise” - could hear people talking in hallway as well as the shower above. Lots of leaf blowing Tuesday morning but I get it. It’s a residence and there is work to do. The apartment itself was fabulous and comfortable. Communication was stellar. Would stay there again.

Great location, super clean, no balcony as mentioned in the description but good view from the wondow so it didn't matter. Only stayed one night but would use this place again.

We had a great stay. Gave 4 instead of 5 stars for a few small things. 1. The water filter on the fridge needed changed 2. The pool deck could have used a pressure wash 3. Late check out will run you $25 to $61 4. No broom which is a bummer for long stays That said, the unit was well located, great access to public transportation, Whole Foods, and countless restaurants. Text communication was always prompt and pleasant. The unit was clean and well appointed. Was able to cook at least 1 meal daily. Definitely recommend.
