I don’t like to write negative reviews but I couldn’t find a way to contact hotels.com and I sent the hotel three emails which have gone unanswered. I stayed at the hotel for two nights September 27-29, 2024. I did not sleep either night because the air conditioning did not work in either room. Ray, the manager was great and did his best to make me comfortable but there is only so much he can do with a tired property. I stayed at two other hotels in Spain and slept well in both hotels. I left some dresses in my room. When I called the hotel to inquire, they told me to send an email to [email protected] I have sent 3 emails which have gone unanswered and they did not bounce. Also the reception told me that if they did find the dresses, I would have to make my own arrangements to pick them up which I am willing to do but this highlights the quality of the service this hotel provides. I am asking for a refund and for the hotel to reach out to me so I can make arrangements for me to pick up my dresses. My preference would be for the hotel to ship the dresses to my home and I will pay the cost. Apologies for leaving a negative review. I didn’t want to have to do this.

Beautiful hotel on the northern outskirts of Valencia but directly opposite the congress centre. Could not fault the room at all. Shame it wasn’t nearer to the city centre but this doesn’t detract from the hotel.

Our room was nice and the staff was cordial and helpful.

Huge hotel, modern, big rooms, vast car park, calm, good cocktail bar everyone knows what they are doing.
