Everything you expect good will be opposite.first no Except Credit Card. Broken matress Broken toilet seat damaged shower. Broken Air conditioner but working.

Staff was not professional I booked two room aparapartment they give me one. Staff do not know the manner how to speak with costumer washroom was not clean inside no place for shower.

Hotel consists of short-term and long-term stay guests. Staff were approachable, friendly and helpful. 24 hour front desk/ reception. Toiletries provided with room (no towel) and there is a fridge/ freezer and plasma screen TV. Quite a bit of a walk from the centre/ Masjid Al Nabawi, you’re better off getting an Uber/ Careem/ taxi ( approx. 10-11 SAR)
