We had a good time at this hotel, very friendly staff, good location. A few things to complain: our room didn't have a coffee maker or tea kettle, only two glasses. Worst: the coffee grinder in the breakfast room was terrible.

The hotel is really “Grand” not just in name! From the moment we arrived with the porter helping , reception staff , breakfast staff and house staff smiling and offering to help it was exceptional. Our room had a balcony and was very quiet. Breakfast had so many options. The location is walkable to all the local sights. We enjoyed it so much!

I highly recommend this hotel. This is a charming hotel right in the heart of Palermo. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Great location, easy walking, very nice breakfast buffet.

I had to contact them twice by email with no response
Soi called them twice to confirm
I understand sometimes it’s hard to find connected rooms but they assured they have arranged rooms next to each others
Unfortunately rooms were far in two end of the hotel separated by the elevators and stairs..

The Wagner is a beautifully appointed hotel which is on a very convenient and quiet street with easy walking to many major attractions. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Only negative is the WiFi was somewhat weak. Highly recommend.
