It was wonderful the food was great the people were nice the pools were warm even outside and the hot tub was even better with the warm water and the view of the blowing snow overall very njcen

This is our Annual Girls Trip destination and we always have such a great time! We enjoy the spa and all of the amenities this hotel has to offer. Onsite dining too!

Our stay was pretty good. The service was top tier 👌. It was a little hard to find a parkinking spot so we parked a little ways up and had to walk down some stairs which a small inconvenience. The room felt like home and had everything we needed. The heated pool was amazing and i loved the convenience of the bar and restaurants there! I didnt get to experience the hot tub because there was always a group in there but the pool really made up for that!

The beds are not at all comfortable and the sheets are pretty rough. Furniture definitely needs to upgraded and the bathrooms. The Staff in the Grill Restaurant, loved Kim and Corey (Souse Chef) they made it very memorable for my birthday weekend!!

The food in the restaurant was appaling, the staff not heöpful. It is a big hotel, on the weekend you will have weddings at the venue.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating! Our dinner at the Grill was great and also the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend staying there!

The mountains were so beautiful and all the exterior flowers were so pretty. All the people that worked there were so helpful and so pleasant and happy. The property was so quiet as well!!!

Very nice property, very clean and quiet. I didn’t like dining options. The restaurant was closed and the food at the cafe is frozen food, but the price like fresh homemade.

The property was very nice, clean bathroom , all modern. The grounds are well kept. The restaurants are very good and moderately priced. The indoor and outdoor pools are very nice although because of the rainy weather we couldn't use the outdoor pool or do any of the outdoor activities which was disappointing because everything was so inviting

Would recommend this primarily as an event destination hotel i.e. for a family reunion, wedding or corporate team building event, as opposed to a romantic weekend stay. Staff were professional and friendly, but not very knowledgeable about area attractions, restaurants or historic places. Nice pools, hiking paths, and lounges.

Everyone i encountered at this resort we so nice and friendly. You could tell that they really care about you having a great stay. Room was quiet!! I am very reluctant to stay in hotels cause i am always worried there will be a noise issue but no problems here. I really like that you have to sign an agreement to stay quiet past 11pm or you will have to pay a fine or could be kicked out of the hotel. I have never seen anything like that before but really appreciate the hotel putting peace and quiet as a priority for their guests. I will definitely be back here!!!
