Bed were comfortable

The first key given led me to an occupied room with the guest changing. Then we got our key and the shower had hair on the wall. Breakfast was overcrowded and too warm in the room. Garbage cans were over flowing. Other guests were loud in the hallways, knocked on our door in the middle of the night. Parking lot does not accommodate all the cars and the adjacent lot is a tow away zone. Hotel was going though minor lobby renovations and smell of old cigarette smoke.

Staff was nice and friendly. Easy check in and out.

Upon arrival the room was below standard and looked like it wasn’t even cleaned from the last guests. Food particles on the chair, table and floor. Couch was old and filthy, discolored and covered in stains. The room had damage on the walls and doors. Shower wasn’t clean and had mold and mildew stains, had to wear sandals in the shower. Seemed to be stains or burn marks on the carpet and sofa. The pictures of the model room vastly differed from the one we received. Typically I would have requested another room or my money back, however, we had several events lined up which were time sensitive during a holiday weekend. Not satisfied and would not stay again.

when arriving and checking in I was informed that this property did not accept dogs. However the manager said for an extra $30 he’d make an exception. Why did booking.com include this property as pet friendly if it’s not?

It was close to the Pennsylvania farm complex where my son was playing a basketball tournament.

Couldn't use the pool yet. Rained that day

Very clean, reasonable priced different pricing May 6-7 $59.00 a night May 13 and 14 $100.00 per night not sure why such a difference

I asked for a quiet hallway. We were placed in a hallway with teenage basketball players. They were very noisy banged the door during the night. I did not sleep very well

The pull out bed was the most uncomfortable thing ever. Then there was a drunk at 6:30 AM taking shots of moonshine, who challenged me about drinking, sat in is the restaurant where people have breakfast and was loudly swearing, saying bad things to elderly people and children. This went on for about two hours, many people are scared to come down and have breakfast and start their day off correct due to the stroke. I think it finally ended when he passed out, not much help from hotel staff.

No pool, sauna or jacuzzi to soak in water.

The room was clean, breakfast had a good selection, hotel was close to locations we wanted to visit, the staff were amazing! My son accidentally locked his blanket in the safe and staff were able to open the safe for us; that was a life safer. Also the bed wouldn't come out of the couch so staff opened up the sofa bed and there were clean blankets to put and use on the bed, we had a jacuzzi in our room and it was relaxing

The bed was not comfortable, the light in our bathroom went out and didnt work so it was hard to do anything in the bathroom and couldn't take a shower in the dark but was able to use the jacuzzi tub, it was hard to find parking spots after we came back from places we would visit

i didn’t like how the doors for the rooms do not go all the way to the ground..

The gross couch in the room I wish yall would get rid of them they are terrible and unnecessary.
