This was my second time staying here. The pool area is great for IG'ers and for families. The restaurants and bars are good. Also had an event here in the ballroom again, which is nice. The food in the ballroom was ok, but maybe it was just the selection chosen. There's lots of free parking which is good. Aquarium is next to the property and lots of other places to see near here.

All staffs were kind. a storm came last day, my flight has been change to evening, we could stay until flight. Thank you so much.

Close to private beach, and connected to the Dusit Beach hotel. Also close to ABC Store.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Extra bed was hard and not comfy, while the beds in rooms were too soft. Overall, nothing to complain about.

First, while I was checking in, an impatient woman cut me off and started talking. The receptionist started to prioritize her, so I was sent back to the stop lane and had to wait for 20 minutes. I couldn't believe it. It was a terrible experience. It was the first time I had such a bad experience in my travels. Furthermore, the guests next door were shouting loudly until late at night in the room, and I couldn't sleep at all for both nights. The soundproofing of the hotel is pretty bad. I don't want to use this hotel again. However, the service and the food at the restaurant were excellent, so I would like to use it again.

The location is amazing. It’s really convenient.
Japanese converge and Thai restaurant staff are brilliant.
The staff never mentioned us that we need to make a reservation for dinner but the Japanese staff was really took care of us and she was great.
The drain in the bathroom isn’t clean.
There is only one chair at the balcony so I couldn’t enjoy sunset or get relaxed with my husband together.
Something was missing for breakfast all the time.
At the first day, they didn’t ask us what kind of drink we prefer, the second day, there was no butter, and the third day, there’s no spoon for ketchup…

Our experience at Dusit Thani Resort Guam,was terrific! The moment we walked into the property, it felt bright, with open views of the ocean, and the bright sunny days. Customer service at all levels was professional, gracious, and consistent. We enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner buffets, which offered multiple delicious offerings. The pools were nice and clean, with access to the ocean. We visited the Lobby lounge a number of evenings where the musical groups entertained us. The room was very comfortable, and clean. We will choose Dusit Thani Guam again, and highly recommend it to others!

Nice property, one of the best on Guam. Beach area needs better services. Lounge chairs are not serviced and beach sand had smaller peices of glass scattered around. Must be extra careful with smaller children playing in the sand.
