Some of the rooms needed updating and air conditioning was not the best overall nice property to stay up

Amazing service. Staff was so friendly. Quick and easy check in AND check out. Food at all the restaurants was pretty good (especially the French one). Pools were always clean. Only complaint is towel situation at the pool... sometimes there wasn't enough towels

My husband and I visited this resort for the first time, the property grounds are beautiful, the rooms need a little work. We were in the preferred building #7 and felt like the rooms need a little TLC, the tv in the living room was not working properly and the phone in the bedroom had no service. We spent most of our time in the pool and outside that unfortunately we did not realize these things in the room were not working until our last night at the resort. Our waiter Ricardo at Tamarindo restaurant was super friendly and attentive to our needs during our dinner, Edison and Alan at the all adults pool bar provided a wonderful service, they were super friendly and suggested delicious drinks. The staff at the buffet were also very nice. Overall we had an amazing time at this resort.

Even resort wasn’t full upgraded not happened… I was disappointed!!!

The location was great for a quick weekend trip. It was not that close to any of the major cities (ie tulum, cancun), so the short bike-ride tour to downtown punto morales that the resort offered was such a nice touch to get explore the surrounding areas a bit more. The staff was wonderful, very nice and accommodating. HOWEVER, the sales presentation we were "asked" to attend, sadly almost ruined one of our mornings. We were told the presentation would be "no more than 90 minutes," and we were happy to attend to learn about the resort more and receive a coupon of our choice. Our representative was very kind and we enjoyed speaking with her, but from start to finish, we had almost 3.5 hours of our time taken away from what was shaping to be a lovely vacation. We understand they have a job to do and things to sell, but I was so disappointed that none of the 6 sales representatives we met seemed to take 'no' (many times!) for an answer. The deals were actually great, but as we told the team when we were first offered, we were in no position to make a huge financial purchase at this point in time. Every person seemed to keep pushing and when they finally listened to our declination, their personable personalities immediately fell. As I said, we they have a job to do and we respect that, but almost a whole morning was sadly taken away from our trip.

The food, the beach, the pools

Encountered a terrible check. In issue and then the room had plenty of things that were broken. The ocean view rooms offered that you pay extra for truly suck. They have a limited view and regular rooms have better views and not as a preferred club rates.

Most of the staff (Suh, Saul, Angel, Eduardo, Ernesto) were amazing. They made our stay more memorable! The food was excellent. However, the suite we were in (1208) had mold around the lamp shades, and the headboards, mirrors and bathroom have guck and stains all around.

I didn’t like that after 11pm everything was closed we cant’ walk on the property because they said the areas were closed After 11 pm all the employees are ready to leave and they kick you out of the restaurants We are on vacation and we don’t want to go to sleep at that time

Very poor hospitality at the Dreams Jade Resort. My room took over two past checkin time. Once I finally arrived to my room, my tub was dirty. Curtains were falling apart out of the balcony, no bathrobes/slippers/room amenities as listed this is included, my welcome gift was 3 apple instead of the complimentary bottle of wine I was promised. Staff was not helpful when asking questions. Buffet areas were constantly overcrowded and no availability to be seated, was asked to wait 30 min for a table for 1. Won’t be going back.

The hotel exceeded my expectations compared to the information I found online. The staff's hospitality and smiles were wonderful, making our stay very comfortable. The variety of food was extensive, and even though I was traveling with my picky child, we were able to enjoy it together!

The hotel is good, food could be better, and after 11pm they won’t let you be anywhere that’s not in your room or one bar/disco. Restaurants will rush you to finish your dinner before 11pm and there are no bars open near the beach after it. They also won’t let you be near the beach during the night. Some servers were great and others would avoid you or you will have to ask them multiple times for what you asked. Room is beautiful, a bit worn out.

Steer clear! The staff was awful I didn’t get what I paid for and room was dirty and smelled like mold. “24 hr” places to eat were always closed and what was open had like 3 things on the menu and the staff was annoyed when you came to eat. I would never go here again, not even if it were free.

To begin the checkout process was OK. But now I know why I was told the hotel was only half booked. Our room was not clean. The sheets were dirty with blood stains on it. They do not have washcloths. The food selection in the buffet is very limited housekeeping does not come daily and when you call them, they are not happy with you.
