The shower was not working, my father was not able to take shower before his flight. And it was kinda late to call front desk and fix the issue

I did love the hotel apartment so much and had a great time , the workers counting from security to housekeeping stuffs and reception was of great help and they where social .

Initially I booked this hotel for 18 nights. Hotels.com offered me a decent rate including breakfasts. Later I changed it to 5 nights, the rate was increased. Upon checking in I was told BF wasn’t included. It was surprising. After digging it was revealed that Hotels.com removed the BF ( without indicating) and jacked up the rate once I changed the booking.
Hotel is not in a good neighborhood. It’s not close to metro station. But it’s a good value.
