Room was clean for both nights.
Shower had good pressure and hot water.
No spare electrical outlet on window side of bed, so no means to charge anything.
Smaller coffee filters would have nice.

When I checked in the door to the connecting room was unlocked. There was a very dim light in the overhead hanging light, so I was not able to see in bedroom area. Was not replace as promised. "Breakfast" was a communal bag of bread (how many hands had been in there?), a jar of peanut butter with a knife in it, two boxes of cereal and unrefrigerated jugs of milk and juice.

The continental breakfast is a joke, consisting of two types of breakfast cereal (no milk), coffee, and mini croissants. The room’s heating/cooling unit doesn’t work that well and it’s pretty loud.

Loved how clean the room was and close to town. Parking was convenient and surrounding area was quiet, if you dont mind being close to a road that isnt very busy. Only issues was there was not a lock on the window, which is completely fine if you find a stick. Its nice having a kitchenette.

Older property but clean, quiet with friendly service, comfortable beds, everything you need for a RMNP visit. A short drive into town and a few miles from the Beaver Meadows entrance. Loved this place.

Looked like it may have been a mistake pulling into the place, but the mistake was all me. Rooms aren't like the Sheraton, obviously, but for a night's stay, the room was clean, comfortable, and was more than enough. Little fridge was great. Air conditioning was spectacular, ample parking, and the dudes at the front desk were awesome.

First, the bathroom fan is very loud and comes on with the light, so being in there for all of the various reasons is very loud all of the time. Second, there was a weird diagonal rectangular area on the ceiling in the middle of the main room that hadn't been painted. Just weird. Other than that, it was a great stay.

This was a quaint facility, convenient to the town of Estes Park. The staff was pleasant, considerate and helpful. The proximity to highway 7 is pretty close allowing for quite a bit of traffic noise but it didn’t seem to be too much of an issue after midnight. Comfortable beds and nice, clean rooms made this a nice stay!

The staff was super helpful, and the room was perfect. When i come back to Estes Park i will be staying here again.
