Super clean and very friendly and accommodating staff. Would stay again. Only slight downside was street noise and a seemingly thin walls and floors, neighbor noise.

Shuttle bus at 2E Level LL offered. No reaction on written announcements. With a call the service was good. Important no service between 11.30 an 4 pm. Business also available from the rental car center. I had no troubles with the noise.

Amazing, Friendly and Helpful staff, and Great Breakfast Crew. My 91 year old Grandma came in from El Salvador to meet us for the 1st time, the lobby looked great, was very clean and quiet, in the morning they had a pretty good selection of smaller breakfast items and they were kept stocked. They treated us like family! Thank you!

Good basic hotel. Rooms and hotel in general clean. Self service breakfast was fine. Tea and coffee is available 24hrs and snacks are available from reception. There is a fair bit of traffic noise and occasional train noise.

This was a very clean, friendly hotel. We just needed a place to sleep and this was am affordable option that we took a chance on. We are very happy with the hotel and service. The people at the front desk we so nice. The bed was comfy too.

I booked, my flight was delayed then rescheduled and I messaged to change booking date and I didnt receive help. I believe I messaged about an hoir after booking. No answer via mesaages or phone. Waste of money.

Great stay ! We stayed 3 nights for a concert and it was great, the only downside is that we stayed in room 101 and the exit door right next to the room has the lock broken so anyone can enter and leave the hotel without being notice. We could hear that door open a close to really late at nite. Other than that everything was really good !

Stayed a week and every one of the desk staff was wonderful and accommodating. 24 hour free coffee and tea was awesome. Sound proofing for outside noises was great but sounded like a heard of elephants was upstairs. I would highly recommend staying here. Look forward to see if other properties they have match up.

I didn’t realize the Chicago marathon was going on. Hotel was clean & staff great. ECO friendly means a small fridge in your room. Must leave your keycard in slot inside for lights to work. One ice machine and microwave on first floor for entire 4 floors of the hotel. Typical free breakfast.
