Nice out of city property close to the airport. Vast amounts of unrestricted parking. Lovely green grounds, with pond, outdoor pool, and playing areas. Nice enough indoor pool, and gym, sauna although this area was a little tried and could do with improvement. Nice enough breakfast given the price. Food choice in the restaurant very limited but fine for a short stay. Other local options seem to only cater for lunch. Great Price to quality ratio.

We had some difficulty with our flight out of Uruguay and decided to stay an extra night at this hotel. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. They welcomed our 2 dachshunds and made the remainder of our stay worry free.

This property has a nice restaurant and has both an indoor and outdoor pool. Great for a family. They have bikes and kayaks available to use to explore the grounds. Beautiful views and tranquile setting.

The hotel was very nice.
We stayed only for one night.
The food was vey bad. I made a special request to send the food to our room and take care with the higiene and COVID because my daughter has ended a treatment and lacks of defenses.
They brought our meal without covering the dishes and they where also not wearing masks.
Breakfast was also vey bad.
By the time we check out we where charged the taxes. As foreigners we don't have to pay them.
We were very disappointed with the hotel.

Stayed here for 4 nights great service was here for a wedding. The staff took care of getting my tuxedo pressed and all we could ask far more than accomodating.

I liked that the property was completely enclosed and secure. It was located to major roads outside airport. It was convenient to both travel into the city and other cities.

Hotel location was great with nice resort area surroundings. Breakfast was mainly sweets but decent. The room was spacious and bed comfortable but albeit very low to the ground. My only complaint was a foul odor that came out of bathroom plumbing. I asked the reception to do something about it and they apparently tried but it never really went away.

We had reserved a suite which was large, comfortable, with a balcony with a view on the surrounding pond and parc. With full kitchen and a bathtub! Great pools. Only reserve with the restaurant which seemed disfunctional but served good food. A very nice quiet hotel in a beautiful surrounding. Better than in the photos.

I’ve stayed a few times here, because it’s a nice place to relax and rest. First night this time was not as pleasing, since they had given me a room on the ground floor, near the elevators and the restaurant, and with an event going on that evening, I wasn’t able to sleep much. But the following morning I told staff at reception and they kindly made the arrangements to move me to the third floor; so I was able to enjoy the rest of my stay.
You should try the Blue Thai massage, and then jacuzzi and sauna.

Perfect location if conducting business in Zonamerica. There’s a shuttle with stop outside of the hotel that takes you all over Zonamerica very 10 min. Cons: hard to get an Uber from this are due to regulations. So I would recommend to schedule an Uber ahead of time or use the taxi service from the airport to schedule pick-up on time. Overall great hotel at great price point.

We put our suitcases in our room then left for a few hours. When we came back we had a large trail of BITING ants to our suitcase with ants all over inside. We had a baggie of nuts in the suitcase that the ants had put a ton of holes in. It was awful.

ANTS!!! Don’t leave food in your suitcase!! We had a baggie of nuts in our suitcase and when we came back a couple of hours later there were hundreds of BITING ants all over and in our suitcase. Ouch!! They graciously changed our room but I had to take Benadryl for the ant bites/welts.
