Used as a layover hotel between flights. Ideal location near to Dubai airport. The room was very good, staff helpful, food in restaurant for evening meal perfectly fine.

Arrived at 02.00 very slow check in , had a shower in the morning to find that there were no towels in the room , there must be better places near the airport than this hotel.

The biggest plus to this hotel is its shuttle to/from Dubai International airport terminals. The shuttle operates 24/7 every 30 Minutes.
Considering this hotel as a one night stay between your two flights, it is very good option. It offers comfort bed and shower to rest, and enough room space for your luggage.
We used their all-you-can-eat resturant for a good price. I didn't understand why coffee or hot beverages are not included in the offer.

Compared to other Holiday Inn express hotels around the world, this one was the worst. The hotel feels old, and there was some weird smell in the corridor, apparently, they still have smoking rooms. The breakfast was good though, and the airport shuttle bus was on time.

No wifi working
I asked for a room with queensize, i got 2 single beds.
The buffet was terrible and breakfast was minimun 2 days old.
Noisy from hallway and room next door.

Nice stay for transit with feeder bus to nearby shopping place. Unfortunately the takeaway wasn't so good. As we arrive early they were nice to let us check-in early and had a good rest. Eating is quite convenient and it has a super market nearby.

Located close to Dubai Airport. They have a shuttle service running round the clock arriving at the designated pick-up spot every 15 minutes past the hour. Very spacious room and excellent breakfast service from 6a-10a in the morning with plenty of food options to pick from.

Check in took a while. Long line and it seem like there was no manager to support the check in clerks. The food was average. Dessert bar messy and not a good presentation The restaurant staff were few and could not keep up. No clean utensils in buffet. Water on the floor where I almost slip by the water station. Slow to clean it up due to waiting for someone in maintenance to come instead of them putting a sign or cleaning with a towel. I did like the clean and safe parking lot very much for my rental car.
