The stay was great it wasnt loud at night the pool and hotub was great the location was in a great spot are key stoped working a few times but it got actived at the front desk in seconds

When we arrived over an hour early, we were told we'd have to wait about an hour until the room was ready. However, the very kind woman at the desk had another similar room available and offered it to us. Generally, the room was clean and comfortable looking, however, I was there with my son and he would be using the sofa bed. When he opened it, the mattress had a big blood stain on it and the bed itself was not only lumpy but impossible to sleep in. He ended up sleeping on the floor for 2 nights. Noone ever mentioned, nor did I ever see it written, that there is no housekeeping service for an extended stay. We went off the next day expecting the beds to be made, the garbage emptied and fresh towels in the bathroom, none of which happened. A call was made to the front desk for at least more towels (which they did send up immediately) and this is when I found out, no services are provided for extended stay guests. Why wasn't I informed of this when I reserved or checked in? That was extremely disappointing after paying so much money for a 2 night stay. I have no other complaints. The rest of the hotel was clean and the front desk was attentive and supportive. But I am very disappointed in my room. Another thing I might add, is while coffee is always welcome, I'm sure, by most guests, there are those of us who only drink tea. In addition to the coffee pouches in the room, providing some tea bags would be nice. I like the soap and shampoo dispensers on the wall.

Quick access and the front desk assistant was very nice. The room was great but the sheets smelled a little funky like when they were stored for a while and the remote control was almost falling apart but over all everything good.

Love it I would highly recommend others to stay here it’s a beautiful area I will definitely be coming back and the staff here are wonderful welcoming polite and friendly 😊

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel suites were clean but starting to show its age. The bathroom had a lot of damage thats needed some repairs and the appliances in kitchen expecially the refrigerator looked like it had not been wiped or cleaned foe soms time. The breakfast was very limited but its free so can't complaine. Wish as the very least offered some type of tea other than only having coffee and hot chocolate.

There are worn out rugs in the elevator. The landscape needs cleaning up and planting. In the room fan over stove needs a light, better cleaning, by checking everything in the room.

I called front desk and no one answered! And the shower soap, shampoo and conditioner were broke on the floor in the bathroom so that never got used so I had to use bars for every cleanliness task! Other that it was a wonderful and peaceful time! Ima about to rebook an additional night!

Horrible experience checking In. They charged my card twice and one of the charges went through taking out 250. Woman from the front Desk said their system was down did not take my card when they did charge my card . My Room was not comfortable . Was noisy middle of the night and morning.
