Best location for view, beach is rocky. Bring beach shoes.

Our stay was great. The room was clean and had a wonderful view. The pool was situated so that you had a great view of the lake. There is a small park with water access just next door to the property. It was nice to stroll around the lake at sunset.

It was on the Lake Huron shore and bridge was right there. Expedia messed up the date when i received a text stating i didn't arrive until following day. The owner or attendant managed to make it right and lowered the price. Rooms are very small, but clean. I stayed in a double bed with lakeview. Not bridgeview. There is a difference. Shopping is within 4 blocks.

Hotel was old and dingy. Very few electrical outlets. No place to put your soap, shampoo in the shower. Very small room. Checkout at 10am. Very overpriced for the stay. Nice location.

Wonderful location near Mackinac Bridge- but it is quite pricey for a very basic motel needing update.

Can't beat the location of this place right on the water across from the Mackinac Bridge. Our room was smaller but very cute and clean. We didn't try out the pool but it looked nice, and the views are unmatched!

We have stayed here for years. New owners cou0le years ago and they have done alot of work. It looks great! View is awesome! Heated pool, which was great!

I was pleasantly surprised. My experiences with any property with the word motel in it have not been great. I can say that this has been the best motel I have stayed it. Owner / front desk was pleasant, accomodating and helpful. The room was small but quaint and everything was clean. Best part the room had a view of the lake and Mackinac bridge. The property is pretty much on the beach. I thought it was thoughtful and a nice touch to have an explanation in the room of the midges and a small box of chocolate kisses. Everything you need is close by. I recommend.

We have a nice view to the Mackinaw Bridge

Beautiful location right off the beach right by the Mackinac Bridge. Next-door to the Mackinac lighthouse and Fort Mackinac.

Our room was very clean, bathroom fixtures had been updated, the bed & linens were comfortable. Our room, provided a queen sized bed, while small by today’s standards it comfortably provided all we needed. The decor was classic northern Michigan, complete with a beautiful up close view of the Mackinaw bridge. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect location with great views of lake and bridge. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was all updated. If I had one recommendation, it would be to add a toilet paper holder. Soap dish in shower and an extra towel rod or two. All in all, great motel and I’d stay again!

This was our second stay at the Rivera, and as expected a great time. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, with spectacular views of both the beautiful Mackinaw bridge in the front window and the lovely park beachfront at the back window! This is definitely our home away from home in Mackinaw city ❤️

Will definitely stay here again!! Close to the bridge, big clean towels, full shower, cold mini fridge, plenty of space and REAL COFFEE in the room!! Oh and the price was reasonable also.
