I actually love this hotel. It's sort of like being in Vegas, because it's attached to a mall, and you never really have to leave. You can also get to the train station without leaving the building, which is kind of amazing. It means that you have access to great coffee, excellent food, etc. without having to wander. Normally, I would hate this idea. But if you're just getting your feet under you in Tokyo, it doesn't hurt. Of course we DID explore a ton, but it was nice to have the convenience of all that's in the Shibuya Stream. I didn't know that's what I was signing up for but I'm glad I did. The rooms are decent sized for Japan. Clean, all the amenities you could need.

Amazing hotel!!! Perfect location. Will definitely stay here again. Be sure to take the train directly to the hotel. It is extremely easy!!!

Located adjacent to Shibuya station, Stream is convenient to get to major sites. That said, Shibuya is a confusing station as so much of it is under reconstruction.
There is a free daily drink on offer during happy hour late afternoon each day.
The room was above average and adequate for my travels, but not as comfortable as I had hoped.

Great central location next to shibuya station. Friendly staff. Very convenient to have restaurants and coffee shops a few floor below. Didn’t use hotel bar or restaurant as they were most empty so had no atmosphere. Room spacious and comfortable. Walls are a little thin but luckily the adjoining rooms were quiet.

Shibuya Stream is conveniently located next to everything. The staffs are super friendly and polite. The room itself is spacious and have everything you need including toothbrush and toothpaste, face mask and a whole lot more of other stuff for all that walking that you will do. I highly recommend this place.

Clean, large room with a view of the Shibuya Scramble square. We loved the amenities and found the staff to be helpful as well.
The best part for us as first timers to Tokyo is that its more or less directly attached to Shibuya Station, with signs leading the way from the trains to the hotel
If you are looking for a quality place to stay in Tokyo, this is a great option

Our room was very clean and spacious for tokyo. It is in a prime location with access to so many restaurants nearby. We loved it! Very close to the train station.

We loved our stay here! It is literally connected to Shibuya train station, so it is easy to get all around Tokyo and Japan. Absolutely excellent dining options in the downstairs mall as well. Staff was friendly and courteous!
Will be hard-pressed to stay anywhere else the next time we come for a visit.

Lovely hotel! We had a large corner room with two giant windows. The staff was very friendly and helped us send our bags ahead to our next hotel when the Yamato office was closed unexpectedly. Amenities were good, they even had face masks. The artificial light in the bathroom was terrible for putting on makeup and the hair dryer was weak, but those are probably the only negatives!

Awesome Hotel, clean, great location and amazing breakfast spread everyday with a special table that changes daily. Beds were all comfortable and very clean room, love the amenities available. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommended to stay at in Shibuya.

Staff service is excellent. Less than 5 mins walk from the train station on an elevated walk way. Restaurants and shopping all in the same complex. The hotel provides an assortment of hygene and beauty products free of charge at the lobby. We booked a corner suite on their highest floor with great views of Shibuya and Tokyo Tower can be seen. I do wish they have a pool and spa services. Excellent hotel, would stay there again in the future.

Hotel is fantastic. Staff helpful. So many restaurants nearby. Hotel restaurant Torrent brilliant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It has a washing and drying machine on one floor which we made use of. We also made use of the Drinks floor machine and free water and ice. Really enjoyed our stay

I highly recommend this property…LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, connected to Shibuya Station with tons of restaurants, shopping and activities. One train ride from Narita airport Spotlessly clean, modern facilities with a lot of attention to detail.

Fantastic stay, very comfortable beds and amazing amenities right in the heart of Shibuya. Lots of shopping opportunities and restaurants close by, if not in the same building. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to help us with travel plans changing due to the storm.
