A truly wonderful find. The Woterfront House was perfect from start to finish. We managed to park right outside the door and didn’t move the car for two whole days. It was in the most perfect location. We had the nook room, small but so clean and had everything we could possibly need, even homemade cookies!! Delicious.
The breakfast choices were just wonderful, fresh and cooked to perfection. The buffet selection was gorgeous too.
We will definitely stay again when we go again. I would highly recommend this hotel

The Waterfront wad excellent. Spotlessly clean, really well decorated, very comfy bed and great shower. We had been walking the SWCP and always appreciate a clean, comfortable room with noce shower. The Waterfront had all of these qualites and some. The breakfast was really good, with a great selection including fresh fruit alongside a wonderful cooked breakfast. Well done Jon & Julie for your hard work and thank you for providing a brilliant room for us. Very highly recommended!!

Fantastic meeting on arrival Steve? On reception was very engaging and helpful, parking was very smooth and good to have, we've stopped in a few Harbour Hotels but this was the best yet, lovely room, lovely staff, lovely location

I stay away 3/4 times a month with work and had I not been dining with suppliers locally would probably have missed this gem. They moved breakfast forward 20 minutes to allow for an early departure for me and what a breakfast! The fresh fruit, eggs benedict and the banana/strawberry smoothie were all 10/10 whilst I had a superb view over the harbour. The fresh milk and drinks in the room was also great, along with the shortbread biscuits. But the highlight for me was the bed. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of cereals, fruit, & homemade smoothies & muffins. Very friendly owners offered a selection of cooked breakfast as well

The perfect place for your stay, ideally located, just like the name on the waterfront, conveniently located for shops and transport links, modern clean and professional. The Food is great and generous, warm and well run, so I can highly recommend this place.

Parking is a bit of a pain but not too bad during the off-season: a 5-minute walk away for free if you can find a space (as of 10 Feb 2024, on street parking on the North Embankment is free from the 1st October to 30th April).

Took our 15 week old puppy, and was very pleased with the accommodation provided which included a large verander for the dog, very welcoming and spotless clean, breakfast was four star, would not hesitate to recommend and shall be returning.
