It states it has black out blinds (which we booked due to the fact we were working at a festival and had to sleep in the day) and they lied on the listing of the hotel. They were thin crap curtains and the room was bright. They then refused to admit they promised black out curtains and denied it was advertised. We then had our room FLOODED by the shower. The staff came to unblock the shower and mop all the room up (all of our clothes and belongings were ruined) and they were awful, rude and condescending, staying we flooded the shower ourselves and did not apologise and refused to refund us. Terrible awful staff. Also no kettle, coffee or any basic amenities given on top of all this. Do not waste your money or be fooled by the 'nice' photos online or anything in the description.

A 15 minute walk to Old Town and a 5 min walk to the trams or subway. Ales was awesome at the front desk as were the breakfast ladies. Highly recommended. Spa is worth it as well, except the earliest massages available are 3pm so just prepare for that if you’re planning a spa vacation.

Good location - good staff - excellent breakfast

The breakfast selection is very poor and every day the same. Staying there for over 3 days and eat the same is not ideal. The toaster was broken all 5 days we where there. Location is convenient to the central sightseeing, but the hotel should mention that there's a renovation beside the hotel, and so that guests expecting noises. Rooms/suits are comfortable enough, but the extra person sleeping arrangements are terrible, it's easier to sleep on the floor than on sofa that you can feel every spring in mattress. 15-16 years old child couldn't get resting sleep on it. Hotel should advice on it, and maybe propose to change room for better sleeping arangments.

Once we asked for a change the reception guy and security provide the sheets and with a pleasure and they provided one more dirty sheets with a blood! Its the first time i viaited 4 stars hotels who are not provide a water! They asked the guests to deink form the bathroom pluf. It was the worst experienced ever. Same as the front desk were unhappy and unsupported as well.

I´ve got handicap room, was not so comfortable, but big. The hotel is a good one. Recommended in general.

it was terrible experience for us. Do not trust rooms pics you see online. Some rooms are still old design nasty with mold. Breakfast was lack of a choice. Receptionist was rude. Hated from top bottom.

Good location, quiet and comfort stay. Room is large and clean. Found the led light strip fell down the 2nd night when I was back to the hotel. Fortunately it wasn't happened when we were sleeping. Front desk staff was so helpful to have we moved to another room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again or recommend the hotel to others! The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and modern. The shower was excellent with good water pressure and temperature. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked well. It was also very quiet, despite the convenient and walkable location. The staff was very friendly. Could not have had a better stay and am so glad I booked Mamaison Residence!

We had a lovely 3 night stay. The bedroom and bathroom were nice and modern and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable and we didn’t hear any noise from other guests. The breakfast we great, lots of choice, and a good choice of drinks too. The hotel is situated in a quiet location, not far from Wenceslas Square. I would definitely be happy to stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Wonderful experience, friendly and helpful staff, beautifully refurbished rooms and very clean. Only downside was that there was poor sound insulation between the room next door (the wall had an adjoining door, we suppose for guests who are families), we heard when our neighbour sneezed.
