Front desk staff not friendly or helpful. I asked for a quiet area and room and she put me on the busy street and dock side. Very noisy. Room smelled like a wet basement because they don't properly clean the air conditioning. Pool is tiny and too many young people or kids. Airport like security you have to go through every time you come in even though you are a paying guest. Full bag checks and scans. Awful. Area is not very convenient for getting food. Hotel food was insanely overpriced. An absolute embarrassment to the Radisson name. This is a 2 or 3 star hotel in the USA, nowhere near a 5 star. Only positive thing was the housekeeping who were very friendly, helpful, and respectful. It seems the housekeeping staff needs to replace the management.

Genuinely pleasant, friendly, and professional staff. It was a pleasure to just be among them. From the Front desk, the restaurant waitstaff and chefs, to the housekeeping staff; they were more than accommodating. When in Cebu, it’s going to be Radisson Blu from here foreword.

Radisson Blu is one of the best hotels to stay in Cebu. Not only SM City is just a few walks away for your daily needs but you have the best views of the City area. Most friendly staff and very hospitable. During our stay they allowed us for early check-in and late check-out which really helped us big time on our other errands. 5 stars! Thank you so much!
