For a Wyndham property this was definitely not what I expected. It looked like they went to a thrift shop and bought random furnishings. No carpet and the floor tile was just laid anyway. The bathroom shower floor appeared to be painted with white paint and chipped and was flush to the bathroom floor. The towels didn’t even match and again were just random. They left soap and shampoo that were big enough for a child. One hand wash you wouldn’t have enough soap to wash your body. The beds and pillows were subpar. Definitely more thrift shop purchases. I know it was only a place to sleep but for the $80 and $100 deposit they take from you which I’m not sure was for since there were no amenities to speak of, definitely not worth it.

Phone in room was not working, so had to go to front desk for issues and items needed such as towel, etc. Asked to get it fixed but was never fixed during our stay. Had water dripping from ceiling in bathroom and outside sink. Asked the front desk to fix it. after several hours they offered another room which we did not like. They finally had someone come and wiped the ceilings. That seems to temporarily fix it.

The place looks terrible! The building looks awful! It doesn’t seem like a Windham! I will never stay at a Windham, again.

Stayed here after evacuating for hurricane Milton. Got a discounted price from Hotels.com. For the price I paid, it was just okay. Saw two small cockroaches and the bare floor was slightly dirty as if it hadn't been mopped recently. The bed was a tiny bit lumpy but sheets very clean. Had a small fridge, coffee setup, hair dryer and ironing board. No chairs at all, only the beds. Has a small elevator that is all metal inside, like a freight elevator. Staff was very friendly. Definitely not the Ritz-Carlton, but it served it’s purpose.

Did not like that it was not no microwave in the room, The first room they gave us was never cleaned so we had to get another room. The bathroom door was very squeaky. The water not hot. For a one night stay it was OK but if I had to stay there longer, I would not have made it. The ice machine on the second floor was not working need to be replaced. I would have to change motel because I would not stay there more than one night, I guess for the price you get what you’re paying for.
