Excellent location. Friendly staff. The pool IS REALLY HEATED. Plenty of safe parking. I have stayed in this hotel before and will do so again.

It is a good option for the price. The breakfast is the same every day. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Management resolved an issue with a room efficiently.

We love this property. James at the front desk is amazing! Be sure to ask for him when you stay at this hotel if you want to know good places to go and eat tacos. He is a wealth of knowledge! He speaks Spanish and English! We will always book this hotel.

The hotel was dirty and old. It had a terrible strong smell of sewage everywhere. The condition of the hotel is terrible. I couldn’t imagined sleeping in those beds or even taking a shower in the filthy shower.
Therefore, we looked for another place to stay. As soon as we found another place, we checked out that same day that we arrived to Hampton.
Hampton didn’t refund our money. Hampton told me that they wouldn’t refund my money that Expedia had to do it. However, Expedia clearly explained that the money was in Hampton’s account already.
Please look for a different hotel. We were able to stayed in the newest hotel in Leon by paying approximately the same amount as in Hampton.
