I don’t know where to start. The hotel was amazing. Every inch goes by in to making your stay lovely. The room was very spacious. We had a comfort triple. The surroundings are gorgeous and the staff are so helpful. Breakfast was very nice, freshly cooked for you when you arrive down in the morning. You choose your items the night before from a breakfast list. Location brilliant. Only a ten minute walk from central station. I can’t fault anything. Thank you for a lovely stay in Amsterdam. We will definitely recommend this hotel. Hope to be back soon.

Great location in quiet, but central location, less than 15 mins walk from Centraal Station. Super friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Room perfect size for family of 4. Very large bathroom, with separate shower and bath, ideal for bathing small children and taking shower at same time. Large double sink. Beds were extremely comfortable, we all had a great night's sleep! Absolutely zero noise from outside the hotel to disturb us. A little internally, but minimal and to be expected. Good breakfast available for a fair price, perhaps a little room for improvement here. Overall a super hotel, wouldn't hesitate to recommend, or book again.

The room seemed clean when first arriving. But it could have been better, dust and dirt under the bed. Near the coffee & tea table it had junk down the back. It clearly hadn't been deep cleaned in a long time. The air-conditioning hadn't been serviced or cleaned in a long time. When we turned it on as the room was warm, it smelt of damp and wet dog really bad. The main issue we had was that we was located in room 1 in the basement, this room was next to the hotels server which was extremely loud. We spoke to the person on reception and we went down to check, they was surprised that we could hear it. This kept us awake both nights due to it being so loud. No solution was offered, no apologises. Other rooms probably would be fine but when you are paying nearly £185 per night you expect to be able to sleep at the minimum.

Lovely hotel situated very close to downtown and Amsterdam Centraal. Very convenient and easy to walk everywhere from it.

Great location and nice rooms

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They helped us with arranging tours, which we really enjoyed! We loved the room - lots of space and a beautiful canal view of the city.

Convenient spot for staying in Amsterdam! Decor was a bit dark for my taste but staff was friendly and helpful and location was prime. Enjoyed my weekend stay.

Love the location

Fun and funky spot near the Jordaan and a reasonable walk from the central station. In an old row house / building which gives it a lot of character; might not be a great choice for someone mobility impaired or needing a lot of space.

I had a canal facing room however little did I know there would be roadworks right in front of the hotel so I was greeted to a crane and workmen waking me up with noise from their tools each morning of my stay. I wasn’t best impressed and when I spoke to reception about it they simply said nothing to do with us and we don’t get told about. Nothing was done to appease my frustrations either. The room although worn was acceptable however every time I showered the drain wasn’t able to contain the flow and flooded the bathroom each time so I had to use excess towels to soak it up. Again I told staff who said it was seen to. It wasn’t and each day of my stay I had to put towels down to stop the flow. With these things being said, the area is very nice as you re on the canal belt which is beautiful. Although I had issues I was out all the time so didn’t allow it to grate on me but given I spent a lot on the room to be able to enjoy the view I wasn’t pleased that the hotel simply were indifferent so for me I wouldn’t stay here again.
