Great new hotel with great amenities. We loved that full breakfast is included and its located in an Old City and there are many restaurants and shops around. The staff is friendly and we got a VIP upgrade with a free bottle of Georgian wine and late checkout.

Location was really good. Located in the old town. Rooms were spacious and modern, but bathroom was very smelly. Parking options are not good though. It says hotel offers parking, but this is not the case. We got a parking fine during our stay as we had to park on the street outside.

Positive experience: Hotel City is new and well maintained from the inside. It’s located in the old town of Tbilisi and it’s very convenient. You can walk to Liberty Square in less than 2min. The room we booked was spacious and looks exactly like the pictures. Negative experience: We arrived very early to the hotel, around 6:30-7am. We asked if we can check in early, we were told we won’t be able to check in before 11am. We knew our room was empty so all they need to do was clean it and allow us to check in early, but this didn’t happen. We decided to book another room and paid full price to crash on a bed for 3-4 hours only. When we entered to our room (supposedly one of the most expensive in this hotel), we could see some hair and dust here and there as if the floor was not cleaned properly. When opening our towels, both of them had a hair on them, while they looked very clean. One other drawback is the wifi connection. I had to join a work call for a full hour and the internet was very bad. Breakfast was less than average. Overall, we found the property very convenient and cute, not very expensive.

The property newly renovated 20 room hotel centrally located. Walking distance to everything and stumbling distance from all great local food and wine.

A great stay at Hotel City in an excellent locations near Liberty Square and Old City. The staff were so friendly and help. Definitely, when I travel back to Tbilisi this will be my place to stay.

The hotel is small and was quiet even though it is right in the heart of the Old City. We really felt well looked after and the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful, anything we asked them they sorted it out quickly and efficiently - covid tests, tours with a great driver and guide. No restaurant but within easy walking distance of several really good ones and it has a lovely rooftop terrace overlooking the city.

Since the location is good, I can do anything within working distance. AC is not working, and I felt unpleasant. During 2 nights stay, I can't have breakfast because operationg hours is limited.

Good location with good price, staff is good and room is nice and clean, but classifying this hotel as 4 stars is not realistic, it should deserve 3

Staff were Fab and offered transport when they pointed out we were flying to Kutaisi airport not Tblisi - 300km's away!
