Our first time in the Chicago area. We didn't want to stay inthe city so we chose this location. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and modern. We had no issues what so ever. I would stay here again

Everything was perfect; the breakfast is really hood and have a lot of variety. The beds are really confy. The pool was heated so my kids can enjoyed it.
The only thing was that at 9am, the guy was doing the lawn and it was impossible to sleep because it is so noisy.

Room was large, easy to use TV and remote, had refrigerator but no drawers. Only drawers were there for food and were wire.
Didn't need housekeeping services for three days. Comfortable bed. Slept well.

Bad time staying here. Issues at check in with the amount charged. Breakfast was bad and had very little options, always behind putting out replacements which would go very quickly, even mid week with few people. Staff were not accommodating. I will avoid this hotel in the future.

Easy check in and the staff so nice and helpful. Continental breakfast was great and open until 10am each day. Only issue was the door on the bathroom was a sliding door. Not a whole lot of privacy.
