The moment we walked in the door it smelled like mold and cheap Pine-sol. It was not good.

This particular Holiday Inn wasn't in the best of condition. It seemed like it needed an update. Everything was a little dingy. Wouldn't stay here again when I'm back in the area.

The hotel was almost perfect. The couple of things we noticed that could be rectified were lotion smeared on the bathroom door and a used wash rag left on the shower curtain rod. Housekeeping needs to be a little more vigilant with their cleaning and inspecting of the rooms.

I was very pleased with the room. I stayed for several days during the week and only had a few minor issues (people were a little noisy outside and in the lobby). I did hear some footsteps in the room above me in the morning, but honestly not as bad as some other hotels I've stayed at. Breakfast wasn't amazing but wasn't bad. Location is fairly convenient off the highway.

The hotel was very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Everything was great!

As a new Notre Dame parent, it is without a doubt I will stay here every visit. Ping the traffic you can get to Notre Dame in 10 minutes or 20 minutes. It is honestly not that far and it’s very easy to get there. The staff here were so kind from the buffet attendant to the bartender to the desk staff. This will be my place to stay for the next four years well visiting.

The television did not work. I had to fix it myself by resetting the TV and the cable box and then rescanning for channels. It took almost an hour out of my day. This shouldn't be a guests responsibility.

Not sure why about several things. 1. The entrance had a strong musty odor. The 3rd and 4th floors in rooms and hallways also had a strong horrible musty odor. It permeated all my clothes. 2. There were only feather pillows that I am allergic to. Tried to get some other type pillow and all were being used. 3. Housekeeping came way too early the 3rd morning. I wasnt dressed yet. Gave them a thumbs up when I left to eat breakfast. The room was never cleaned that day. 4. There was a severe vibration on the 3rd floor. Learned later folks felt it on the 4th floor also. Enough vibration to cause the lampshades to show the vibration. It lasted for minutes at a time. Was not the elevators. You could even feel it while laying on the bed. 5. The folks were kind when reporting it. 6. The hamburger from the restaurant was awesome. 7. The odor bothered me the most. Will look for another place to stay next time I visit.

The climate control panel didn’t work in the room I was moved to. The next room stunk terribly with mildew. Finally the 4th room was fine. The breakfast was terrible and the girl running the breakfast room was completely ditzy and incompetent. The oatmeal was watery and gross and my omelette order was messed up twice.
