Phenomenal! Loved my room on the top floor as I requested. Not a guarantee to always have it but they checked me in quickly, the lobby was phenomenal and the absolute kindness most professional staff around! My new place to stay if I can get the top floor when I’m in Grand Rapids!

Rooms were very clean and updated nicely. We loved the back firepit which was large enogh for several groups of people to sit at and enjoy it.

I stayed for one night. The welcome was pleasant. The hotel was bright and clean. The elevator to the third floor was good. My room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were fluffy. The TV worked and stations were listed and sufficient. I did not use the restaurant. I had a complementary cup of tea in the morning. There was a Keurig, refrigerator, tea, ironing board and iron, closet with hangers, a small table that could be used as a bed tray or laptop table, small oval desk with chair, and bathroom with shower in my room.
