Everything was awesome, clean room, comfortable bed, central location, just 2 minute's walk to the royal palace and about a 5-minute walk to the fort. 24-hour reception, the staff was very helpful and attentive. we will book again if we come to Jaisalmer in the future.

This hotel was one of the best we stayed at during our visit to India. Beautiful sandstone decor, large room, clean bathromms, rooftop restaurant with an unobstructed view of the Fort and good food on demand. Padam (senior) was our host and guide. Anything we needed, he helped us get. He was also our guide and transporter to the desert for an afternoon camel ride and dinner on the dunes. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Hotel Manager Narinder is exceptional human being, so helpful.At the arrival offered us delicious apple juice, explained about the city and other nearby attractions. Even after our check out, he gave us a room to have a shower and little rest before our evening flight.Everything is superb about the hotel, location, amenities,food .I would recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel and not very expensive 😊😊

Room was huge. Staff always prompt & friendly. Common area floors were mopped regularly. Handed us bottled water upon arrival and each time we returned to the hotel after being out. Quick orientation of city with maps & sights to see was very helpful. They have a scale to weigh luggage. Hotel arranged for local transportation. Restaurant on rooftop (separate owner than hotel) has delicious meals, many choices and the most spectacular view of the Fort. Staff really go out of their way to make your stay comfortable & memorable. Special mention to Param - truly such an incredible human being, who exceeded all expectations in helping us book train tickets (not easy for foreigners). He even messaged us at 2am to see if our driver had shown up to drive us to the train station; if not, he would drive us!! In all our 12 yrs with Expedia, this is THE best hotel experience we've had.

Very authentic old house turned into a lovely hotel. Great food in restaurant. Close to a fort. Has a pool, but water was too cold to swim in January. Arranged for me tour to desert. Excellent and very pleasant staff, so, really, nothing to complain about. Will gladly stay there again.

The place is a total paradise! Exactly what you would expect for a remote, relaxing destination. I only wish I could sit!

We booked two nights though we only stayed one night. The second night we went on an overnight camel safari. The room was fine, the staff were excellent, and the restaurant was good. We didn’t avail ourselves of any other amenities. Would stay here again.

I have stayed at the super deluxe room in Lal Garh and we have found it to be great for our purpose and needs. The staff at the desk are friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept clean and up to date. The location is spot on for where we want to be. At the end to the exit and near the center of town. All i can say are great things about this palace.

This hotel was exceptional in all aspects, We did not have long times either checking our out, we felt very comfortable and the staff asked if there was anything else we needed. he parking lot was well lit and we felt the vehicle would be protected, rooms were very clean and spacious.

Amazing stay, the best weekend spent in the middle of the city. The palace is good, I thought you have to come and enjoy. We were on holiday, we had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and always serve with smiling faces and politely behavior. Well remember this trip forever, if you are reading this I would definitely and strongly recommended you to visit this palace, I assure you that you will have the best time ever.

Hotel owner and staff are warm, welcoming and considerate. Willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. We were given a large, well appointed room. Only downside is the location of a park opposite the hotel, which had a noisy event going on till late in the night.

It was a good stay. The location was within walking distance to most of the sites in Jaisalmer. The room was great as well.
