Ahmed, front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming. Mattresses were so comfortable. Ronald, in the deki, went out if his way to make sure our orders were good. 5 star staff, great job hotel manager.

Hotel was great, staff was excellent only thing I was kinda surprised and a little disappointed was how small the pool was with having 2 big fancy hotels attached to each other

We took full advantage of the restaurant, the pool, sauna and laundry facility. Everything was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. The food at the restaurant was top notch. The staff is exceedingly polite. I wish I could have stayed longer but they were sold out. Could have used a mirror in the room though. They are only in the bathroom. Also a sink in the room would have been good, next to the refrigerator.

However, I was slightly disappointed to notice that the floors were not vacuumed, I still had hair on the floor, and the washroom wasn't cleaned during the daily room service. While I appreciated the comfortable and tidy room, the lack of attention to these areas was a bit of a letdown.
