Courteous and helpful staff.
Location: cannot be helped, and property was well set back from mai Rd, but street noise still filtered through, nonetheless.

The hotel is excellent but the approach road is not.I received an upgrade to the room but the room air is not pleasant and it takes a while to dispel the bad air.
I will stay in this hotel again if I come to Chennai again. I am from Australia.

Really amazing experience .excellent Hotel. excellent service. the front desk support was really good. the room cleanliness is fantastic. the only challenge that we faced was not having some good vegetarian South Indian restaurant in nearby area but that is acceptable. the hotel staff in fact offered and actually gave us packed t breakfast because our next day flight was at 6:00 a.m. we wished that we could have stayed for a longer duration in this hotel and enjoyed the hospitality for a longer period. it's really good hotel and highly recommended
