The Property was really Good and Amazing as usual, A Day before a Representative messaged me and Checked if i have any request and she was reminding me about breakfast, lounge time etc and was really helpful and made the stay very pleasing, the Customer representative is Kaamini Samraj, i want to send special mention for her.

Yes, it IS all its cracked up to be! The most beautiful hotel in Chennai, with helpful and friendly staff and incredible food from MANY different ethnicities (not just North Indian and South Indian, but also Italian, Chinese, American, and others). I travel to Chennai multiple times a year for work and this hotel has made my time away from home SO much easier. It took me a week just to explore all the beautiful nooks and crannies of the first few floors, and the serviced apartment was a wonderful place to live, with everything you may need to cook a meal in the full-sized kitchen, plus a washer/dryer, a gorgeous walk-in shower, a comfortable sitting room, plus a deep and relaxing tub. I cant say enough about this place... its an "experience" on its own!

From check in to check out absolutely a wonderful experience. Very beautiful property. Huge palace kind of a place. Room was very clean and simply gorgeous. Amenities are excellent. They thought of EVERYTHING you may need. Bed was very comfy. Room was spacious with so many storage, safe deposit locker, mini fridge, coffee maker etc.Breakfast was unbelievably good with so so so many varieties of items including Chinese, continental etc.
And the BEST part was the staff. Each and every member of the team was extremely courteous , friendly and went above and beyond to serve, help and comfort us. Can’t thank them enough. We absolutely loved our stay, enjoyed every moment there. Would definitely recommend chola to everyone. Please don’t think twice , just go ahead and book . You will have a great time I promise.

One of the best hotels I had the pleasure staying. The rooms are clean, the hotel staff are all very courteous, and the food in the hotel restaurants are great as well. Just a pity i didnt try avartana. Prolly next time. The spa experience was alao fantastic!

Huge property with excellent dining options. Breakfast Buffett had a great spread. The spa was excellent. Good location. I stayed in a serviced 2 bedroom apartment - it was quite spacious. A few more utensils / knives would have been useful. Overall a wonderful experience - will stay again!

Hot water wasn't hot unless you run the tap for 5 minutes. Service was lacking - took us 30 minutes to order from their own restaurant for room service. The restaurants (esp for breakfast) could be cleaner
