This hotel went above and beyond in making sure you felt comfortable and welcome. I had to stay due to fumigation of my house, and when I arrived, I was greeted with open arms and a happy smile. My TV had my name on it. It was my birthday, and the staff gave me cookies and signed a birthday card for me. This is genuinely the best place I've ever stayed.

L’Oréal at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. She informed me about the taco breakfast and suggested not missing it. I didn't miss it and it was delicious! The room was spotless and the bed was very clean and cozy. I will be back to this hotel during my next trip to the area! Thank you!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and all the power outlets were a plus and conveniently located. Would definitely stay there again

Stay was good. Beds weren’t very comfortable and shower didn’t drain properly. Overall not horrible but not up to expectations.

As soon as we reached the check in desk, everyone was so friendly and Gen was awesome. She gave us a lot of information to help us during our stay. The room was awesome, great shower and the beds were very comfy

Staff was very friendly. Check in/out was a breeze. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. There were no sheets in the room for the sofa bed, but we have literally never been any where that they were. AC was very slow to cool the room and likely needed service. The towels were out at the pool, though it was very late in the day when we went.

Love the location of the hotel which is close to Great Wolf and Concord Mills. Traveled with my 2 yr old daughter and family, the room was clean and spacious!

Wonderful place to stay! We will definitely stay here again! We loved the separate living area and kitchen, the pool and the breakfast. The staff made us feel very welcome and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok.
