This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. It was absolutely perfect and I can’t think of any negatives to say about it. The whole hotel was very aesthetic and clean. The moment you enter you feel totally relaxed. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Thanking all the staff for making this a very memorable stay. It has a good location not far from Zante town. The Breakfast was perfect too with lots of good choices. Plenty to see around the hotel including a farm with their own fruit and vegetables a nice beach and shops. Perfect place for a relaxing holiday. 10 out of 10.

Special thanks to Pantelis at concierge for assisting us with various requests and genuinely to all of the staff for a wonderful stay. Food is amazing, as are the grounds and the hotel overall. FYI, our room was an adjoining room and we did notice that sound travels quite a bit. You can hear the neighbouring room quite clearly - something to consider when booking. Besides this small detail, 10/10 recommend Lesante Cape and would absolutely visit again.

We experienced repeated embarrassing mistakes that were not addressed by management, including BEING WALKED IN ON BY STAFF & HOUSEKEEPING three times in a 5-night stay. Forgotten orders at the restaurant, wrong room service orders, failure to change towels in private pool villa, staff mopping the gym in the middle of your workout, inconsistent wifi access exemplified an overall lack of attention to detail. We even witnessed the power go out at breakfast.
For an all-villa property— we were shocked. After attempting to speak with the hotel manager, we were insulted by offerings of cheap sparkling wine and a small paper-weight trinket.
For a plus - the property is beautiful, and the staff at the restaurant and pool work incredibly hard to make your stay positive. The food was also very high-quality but over-priced.
(Don’t forget to bring your own water to the pool! It’s not proved free on 31 degree Celsius/ 90 degree Fahrenheit days!)
In summary: Hard-working staff has been failed by poor management and lack of training.
