The hotel staff’s service, the amenities, the location and the breakfast buffet make this hotel an absolute must for visitors. It was our first time to Bangkok and we are so glad we found this place on hotels.com. The weight room, outdoor pool, sauna and steam room were all excellent. The hotel staff was incredible, extremely responsive. The hotel is in a great location, literally across the street from a giant shopping mall, a close walk to the US Embassy, and a nice walk to one of the bigger parks in Bangkok. Highly recommend!

Everything at this hotel is amazing! Cant find one negative thing.. So kind workers at all levels. The cleanness is perfect everywhere. Perfect service allover, food, drinks, pool and gym. We will definitely come back!!

Probably the best hotel I stayed in the 43 countries I visited. From the hotel, facilities and staff. If I could give this hotel a 6 out of 5 star, I would! I came back to Bangkok to visit my partner and I had to extend my stay on 3 different occasion. The staff was super accommodating and made my stay a wonderful experience to remember. My partner and I stayed at the prestige suite and I highly recommend to any traveler. To the entire staff from the front desk, bartenders, restaurant waiters, gym and pool facilitators and bell hop. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay. Will be coming back to the Okura whenever I'm back in Bangkok.

Their Japanese restaurant, Yamazato, was probably the best Japanese restaurant that provided unbelievable Teppanyaki experience. Lastly, the 33rd floor club lounge staff always provided the best service whenever I visited in such a serene and peaceful setting. I will not hesitate to stay at the Okura Prestige Bangkok again next time when I visit Thailand. Indeed, I already plan to visit again next year.

It was my third visit and convinced Okura is a gem. The service is always consistent: friendly and accommodating staff. In particular, I want to single out Assistant Front Desk Manager Bo and her team. You make the guests feel welcome from check in to check out! I also want to send a big mahalo (Hawaiian for thank you) to Namtip, my housekeeper, who kept my room clean and comfy during my stay! Thank you to the staff at the Club Lounge…your service is exceptional! The daily breakfast buffet at Up and Above is amazing; what an awesome selection! The staff (waiters and chefs) do a great job taking care of not only me but all the guests who were there when I was! La Patisserie on the ground level is an absolute must! The pastries are an astronomical delight! Finally, thank you to GM Nick. You are always present, taking the time to greet guests and assist your team members! It happened daily! You are an amazing part of Okura. You not only make the guests feel welcome, but you set a great example for the employees. Everyone has a role in Okura’s success but it always starts at the top! Thank you for another excellent stay. As I told Nick (and others), this time I stayed at Shangri-la for my first 4 nights. It does not compare to Okura even one tiny bit! I’ll be back! This is one awesome hotel. You will be hard-pressed to find a better one in Bangkok. The gym and pool are amazing, staff friendly and super-helpful and the room was ridiculously comfortable. It is also right next to the train station and very convenient to night life. I like to try new hotels each time I visit Bangkok, but I think this is my permanent stay now.

The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room were immaculate and very comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, had variety of food to choose from and love the convenient location as it's close to the station and malls. I will certainly stay here again.

GM Mr Hammer leads by example and can be regularly seen around the hotel including clearing tables like any of his other team members. After a slight hiccup I was upgraded to a much nicer room due to several issues with the first room. Hotel is getting a tad tired and the lounge food and drinks would benefit from an upgrade; or at least a new menu after 3 years of the same offerings. Location wise the hotel cannot be faulted in anyway.

An excellent stay. The room was very confortable, spacious, and quiet. The blackout curtains work well to keep the room dark in the morning, and the shower pressure was very good. We had a little problem with the aircon, and I commented on the hotel.com check in feedback form, intending to ask the front desk for help when I headed out, but amazingly, the technician was at the door within 20 min, and managed to adjust the room temperature to a cooler setting for us. I was really impressed with the speed of response. They offer a turn down service, and the signature orizurus were a really nice touch. The pool was spectacular, and there was both a steam room and a dry sauna. The gym looks well equipped although I did not use it. The hotel is well located, connected to phloen chit bts via a walkway (exit 2). I will come back again.

the hotel is near a mall, has access to groceries, food court, shopping. Restaurant options near the area are a bit limited. (But again ,there is the food court) . The hotel breakfast offer is excellent. Very good quality despite it being a buffet. The rooms are spacious. Service is very good. I asked for a baby cot and the a full set of baby "equipment" came with it. Including bottle steamer.
