Fantastic stay. The staff are all really welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is brilliant with a choice of freshly cooked dishes. The hotel is also dog friendly with areas in the restaurant and specific rooms. Our dog even has his own sausage for breakfast.

We were recommended the White Swan by friends, they were not wrong.
It’s a lovely place to stay, staff on reception and at bar were friendly and helpful. The food was well priced with good portion sizes.
In a very good position for visiting the surrounding area.

Staff were very nice and helpful .We didn’t like our appointed room downstairs which was extremely dark and we were moved without fuss . Rooms rather gloomy with poor lighting . Pillows were very solid . Everything else was ok The White Swan is conveniently positioned between Chichester and Arundel

We were really impressed with this stay - the staff were superbly helpful. The location is excellent for visits to the local area - and what really impressed us was the food we ordered. - especially on the 1st night - Sea Bass and the Thai Beef were top class!

The staff where all extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
The bedroom.was spacious and comfortable unfortunately we had absolutely no view the hotel was not full so this was a little disappointing.
The breakfast was good and both our evening meals where outstanding.
The hotel area was a little tired and could do with a little freshen up.

Good staff clean well equipped only a small criticism was the rose wine was not a great standard also had an aperol spritz which was very weak. Other than that everything else was excellent

Wonderful stay… friendly and welcoming staff, great pub/restaurant, room was comfortable and quiet. Loved the walk from the inn to town alongside farms and through the woods! And Arundel is a lovely place to explore 😊

Always made welcome . Staff extremely pleasant & helpful and the food is very very good. Surroundings clean & comfortable and lovely garden areas to sit out & relax.
We have a friends annual meet up and plan to continue to rebook the white swan after several successful vists. So good i booked my daughter & son in law a weekend as a christmas present....

I cannot praise The White Swan staff enough. Every aspect of my stay was flawless. Everyone was friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was incredible. The hotel is conveniently located 1.2 miles from Arundel city center, so walking to town is a great option. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice, relaxing stay in an excellent hotel.
