Lovely quirky hotel with great friendly staff. The rooms are stylish and clean. It’s in a small quiet village setting and makes a great base for visiting surrounding destinations like Bicester village and Oxford. The hotel has a nice bar with big screen tv and pool table, very pretty restaurant and it also has a small bowling alley!

From the moment we got to the Heyfords to when we left ALL the staff we dealt with were professional and friendly. We have never stayed here before but we made to feel like long term guests. We will definitely be returning to this amazing hotel.

I am pleasantly surprised with Heyford Hotel. A very modern and trendy place to stay has all the immunities you need and it’s really comfortable and relaxing. The only thing the hotel could improve on is the service when I arrived I waited the desk for awhile until someone came and the member of staff that did come couldn’t actually help me book in and also can help the customer in front of me book the bowling alley so we had to wait for particular member of staff who was apparently attending a room.

One of the best hotels we've stayed in, in the UK.
The staff is incredible, very nice and helpful. The food was great, there is a nice garden with access to a playground in the back!
Super convenient if you visit Bicester village.
Highly recommend this place, especially with kids.
Would definitely come back again soon.

The room looked lovely, however, one of the bedside lamps didn’t work- told receptionist- nothing happened. Went to fill the kettle up, but it would not fit under the tap in the bathroom. Went to ask receptionist where to get the water; she told us to come to reception each time and she would fill the jug up, which she gave us!
The room to was very restricted, could set sleep timer, as all the settings were restricted.
The bed was very comfortable, pillows were inadequate. The air conditioning would not go lower than 16degrees, therefore, too warm to sleep with such a heavy quilt.
No where to place a hashtag in the bathroom apart from the floor.
No where to put he case apart from the bed.
The hotel has so much style over substance.
It has the potential to be fabulous.

I didnt receive a response. I felt this was quite poor as I refrained from booking anything as I was waiting for the lady to get back in touch and in turn only then booked a one night stay rather than two.

Staff were amazing and greeted us with a warm welcome. The staff in the bar (sports bar) were great, very accommodating and attentative.
We made use of the bowling alley in the hotel which was a great additional to our evening...
The food offering wasn't great in the bar area and sadly the time didn't allow for us to use the restaurant, but the pizza we ordered in the bar area to 'take-away' was fantastic.
The room was a good size, bed was comfortable and all of the rooms amenities were in good order and of quality.

Had a lovely time at the Heyford!!! The staff Laura, Michael,Tilly were wonderful,they all went above and beyond to insure out stay was memorable. And we fell absolutely in love with Sir Ausington The Great!! HIGHLY recommended this hotel!!
